| المستخلص: | التشخيص الزراعي الإقليمي هو وسيلة تسمح بتسليط الضوء على المشاكل والخصوصيات، الاقتصادية للقطاع الزراعي، وتقييم الإمكانيات والمعوقات مع تبيين نقاط القوة والضعف لهدا المجال، وذلك من خلال معرفة جميع الجوانب المتعلقة نجذا القطاع وتحديد الجهات الفاعلة مع توضيح الاستراتيجيات والممارسات المستعملة. \nفي هذه المقالة نقترح إجراء تشخيص للقطاع الزراعي في ولاية سعيدة، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مراحل تطور هذا القطاع ثم اللجوء إلى التحليل الإحصائي لتبيان واقع الزراعة في كل بلديات الولاية. Le diagnostic agricole territorial est un dispositif d’analyse qui permet de mettre en avant les problématiques et les spécificités économiques du secteur agricole, et d’évaluer les potentialités et les contraintes, les forces et les faiblesses, en identifiant les acteurs avec leurs enjeux, stratégies et pratiques.\nDans le présent article, nous nous proposons de procéder à un diagnostic descriptif du secteur agricole, suivi par une analyse statistique afin de mieux caractériser le territoire objet d'étude à savoir la wilaya de Saida avec ces seize communes. Notre objectif est de contribuer à mieux approcher la réalité du secteur dans un cadre du développement local. Regional Agricultural Diagnostics is a way to highlight the economic problems and characteristics of the agricultural sector, to assess the possibilities and constraints, and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of this area, by identifying all aspects related to the sector and identifying the actors and clarifying the strategies and practices used.\nIn this paper we propose a diagnostic procedure for the agricultural sector in Saïda Province, by highlighting the stages of development of this sector and then using statistical analysis to illustrate the reality of agriculture in all municipalities of the state.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
