| المستخلص: | Opinions differed on the content of the Evian Accords on March 18, 1962. Some people see it as an overwhelming victory and a great historic achievement because it fulfilled the aspirations of Algerians announced in the statement of November 1, 1954.\nThere are those who believe that its provisions are a failure and relinquishment of the rights of Algerians in favour of the French side. Therefore, they have not achieved the goals for which the martyrs have sacrificed.\nOn what does each party depend on its judgment?\nAnd was it really a failure or vice versa, a clear victory?\nThis is what this article will be addressing.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 اختلفت الآراء حول مضمون اتفاقيات ايفيان 18 مارس 1962، فهناك من يراها نصراً ساحقاً، وإنجازاً تاريخياً عظيماً لأنها حققت مطامح الجزائريين التي أعلنوا عنها في بيان أول نوفمبر 1954.\nوهناك من يرى في بنودها تخاذلا وتنازلا عن حقوق الجزائريين لصالح الطرف الفرنسي، فهي إذن لم تحقق الأهداف التي ضحي من أجلها الشهداء.\nفعلام يعتمد كل طرف في إصدار حكمه؟\nوهل هي فعلا تخاذل أم بالعكس نصر مبين؟\n هذا ما يعالجه هذا المقال. |
