| المستخلص: | One of the most important technological developments in the modern world is the mobile phone, which has brought about a paradigm shift in social, political, economic and other spheres of life and has also cast a shadow over the general aspects of human life. Mobile began as a communications technology and a fascinating scientific discovery, but it has become a versatile tool among members of the society with different affiliations. It added new behaviour, created unprecedented habits and established diverse relationships. In a short time, this tool was able to spread in a way that no other means did and became a social phenomenon that increased the size and activity of the global village. It led to multiple effects that have varied significantly in positive or negative effects, and at the same time, it became the subject of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary scientific studies.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 إن أحد أهم التطورات التكنولوجية التي عرفها العالم المعاصر هي الهاتف النقال، الذي أحدث نقلة نوعية في مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية وغيرها وألقى بظلاله أيضا على مناحي الحياة العامة للإنسان. لقد بدأ الهاتف النقال كتقنية اتصالية وكاكتشاف علمي مبهر، لكنه ما لبث أن أصبح وسيلة متعددة الاستخدامات بين أفراد المجتمع على اختلاف انتماءاتهم أضاف سلوكا جديدا وخلق عادات غبر مسبوقة وأنشأ علاقات متنوعة، وفي وقت قصير تمكنت هذه الوسيلة من الانتشار بصورة لم تحققها أي وسيلة أخرى وأصبحت ظاهرة اجتماعية زادت من ضيق مساحة القرية العالمية ومن نشاطها، ترتبت عنها آثارا متعددة اختلف كثيرا في كونها آثارا إيجابية أو سلبية، كما كانت في نفس الوقت موضوعا للدراسات العلمية متعددة ومتداخلة الاختصاصات. |
