| المستخلص: | Youth represent the future of the nation, the bearers of its flag and the builders of its economy and backbone of its infrastructure. Youth are the wealth of the nation and the apparatus of the present. Therefore, the youth period is considered one of the most fertile periods of life and the most important for work and production, which is the stage upon which nations depend on forming armies, fighting battles, and building homelands. \nHowever, with the increasing economic pressures faced by the Arab region in general and Algeria in particular, it has made it impossible to meet all the basic needs of youth in the areas of education, health, training, employment, housing and marriage. It resulted in the emergence of values and behavioral changes among certain segments of them, as well as the spread of crime among the youth. All of this and that was under the influence of the negative aspects of the information and communication revolution, and in the light of globalization and the contradictions, tensions and civilizational conflicts surrounding it. The reason is also due to the failure of the members of our society, and we are part of it, in raising, guiding and reforming our closed ones i.e., the sons. \nAll these factors and others have led to the transformation of the younger generation from the productive and the leading group to the vulnerable group, which is considered a burden and a menace for the family and the nation.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 يمثل الشباب مستقبل الوطن، ورافعو رايته وبناة اقتصاده وعماد مقوماته، فالشباب ذخيرة الامة وعدة الحاضر، لذلك تعتبر فترة الشباب من أخصب فترات العمر وأحفلها بالعمل والإنتاج، وهي المرحلة التي تعتمد عليها الأمم في تكوين الجيوش وخوض المعارك وبناء الأوطان.\nالا انه ومع تزايد الضغوطات الاقتصادية التي واجهتها المنطقة العربية بصفة عامة والجزائر على وجه الخصوص، أدت الى عدم التمكن من تلبية كل الاحتياجات الاساسية للشباب في مجالات التعليم والصحة والتكوين والتشغيل والسكن والزواج، مما نتج عنه بروز مظاهر من الانحراف القيمي والسلوكي لدى شرائح معينة منهم، وكذلك انتشار الجريمة بين أوساط الشباب، كل هذا وذاك كان تحت تأثير الجوانب السلبية لثورة المعلومات والاتصالات، وفي ظل العولمة وما يكتنفها من المتناقضات والتجاذبات والصراعات الحضارية، كما يعود السبب ايضا الى فشل أبناء مجتمعنا ونحن جزء منه في تربية وتوجيه وإصلاح اقرب المقربين وهم الأبناء فلذات الاكباد.\nكل هذه العوامل واخري أدت الى انتقال جيل الشباب من الفئة المنتجة والقائدة الى التغيير الى الفئة الهشة التي تعتبر عبء وآفة على الاسرة والوطن. |
