| المستخلص: | This study was started from the research on how the news satellite channels cover the issues of political mobility in the Arab world in terms of form and content. The study adopted a method of comparison between Al Jazeera and France 24 in terms of the time of issues, their ranking, news templates used, means of illustration, pivotal figures sources of news, the frameworks adopted in the selection of events, geographical locations in the news, issues attached to the analysis, the news values contained in the two channels. It also addressed the directions of the two channels towards the issues addressed by applying to a sample of 18 number of the news of the two channel over a full week.\nIn addition, the study dealt with the concept of political mobility in the Arab region and its causes. Besides, it tackled the news coverage of this mobility in terms of its use of the image and the criteria adopted in the selection of events as well as the credibility of its transfer to the viewers to conclude in the end to draw similarities and differences between the methods of news coverage in the two channels. Moreover, it investigated the relationship of this coverage to the directions of the two channels in terms of attention to specific issues and events and the presentation of geographical areas at the expense of others. Furthermore, it highlighted the relationship between the coverage of the two channels of issues of Arab political mobility and the reasons for political attention to these issues.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 انطلقت هذه الدراسة من البحث في كيفية تغطية الفضائيات الإخبارية لقضايا الحراك السياسي في الوطن العربي من حيث الشكل والمضمون واعتمدت أسلوب المقارنة بين قناتي الجزيرة وفرنس ٢٤ من حيث زمن القضايا، ترتيبها، القوالب الإخبارية المستخدمة، وسائل الإيضاح الشخصيات المحورية المصادر الإخبارية، الأطر المعتمدة في انتقاء الأحداث، الأماكن الجغرافية الواردة في الأخبار، القضايا المرفقة بتحليل، القيم الإخبارية الواردة في القناتين، كما تناولت أيضا اتجاهات القناتين نحو القضايا المعالجة وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة قوامها 18 عدد من نشرتي القناتين على مدار أسبوع كامل.\nكما تناولت الدراسة مفهوم الحراك السياسي في المنطقة العربية وأسبابه، وعالجت أيضا التغطية الإخبارية لهذا الحراك من حيث توظيفها للصورة والمعايير المعتمدة في انتقاء الأحداث وكذلك مدى مصداقية نقلها للمشاهدين لتخلص في الأخير للاستخلاص نقاط تشابه واختلاف بين أساليب التغطية الإخبارية في القناتين، كما بحثت الدراسة في علاقة هذه التغطية بتوجهات القناتين من حيث الاهتمام بقضايا وأحداث معينة وإظهار مناطق جغرافية على حساب أخري، وكذا إبراز العلاقة بين تغطية القناتان لقضايا الحراك السياسي العربي وأسباب الاهتمام السياسي بهذه القضايا. Cette étude aborde la couverture médiatique des informations télévisées par satellite au cours du mouvement politique survenu dans le monde arabe. Nous avons adopté la méthode comparative entre les chaines al Jazzera et France24 en termes de priorité par rapport aux informations diffusées telles que: la chronologie des évènements, leur classification, la typologie de l’information, la notion de preuves, les personnalités pilotes, les sources de l’information, les modalités de sélection de l’information, les zones géographiques, les cas accompagnés d’analyse, les valeurs développées par les chaines… L’étude traite également des orientations des deux chaines en termes de couverture médiatique via l’application de 18 bulletins d’information. La fonction de l’image et l’actualité transmise aux téléspectateurs. L’étude a pu aborder le concept du mouvement politique dans les pays arabes et de ses causes. Les points communs et les points de divergences relatifs à la couverture médiatique de ce mouvement politique par les deux chaines ‘Aljazeera’ et ‘france24’ sont également évoqués. \nLa priorité de couverture en termes d’attention à certaines zones géographiques par rapport à d’autres par ces deux chaines est mise en relief |
