| 520 | |d La guerre psychologique est considérée comme l’une des guerres les plus dangereuses. Son premier objectif est en effet, de réduire à néantle moral et la volonté de combattre de ses ennemis, et cela afin de faire naître en eux le sentiment d’échec et d’acceptation de la dé¬faite. Cet article se propose d’analyser la na¬ture, le contenu et les stratégies de la guerre psychologique menée, aussi bien par le colo¬nisateur que le colonisé, durant la colonisation françaises de l’Algérie. Les données montrent que malgré un écart important en faveur du co¬lonisateur, concernant la force militaire, orga¬nisationnelle et diplomatique, la révolution algérienne a dominé quant à la guerre psycho¬logique stratégique et la guerre psychologique de soutien et par conséquent a réussi à tracer la voie de la liberté et de l’indépendance. Cette expérience algérienne a dépassé les frontières du pays, et a servi de modèle à beaucoup de peuples opprimés à travers le monde. | ||

This is in order to create later, in theenemy personnelthe feeling of fai¬lure and acceptance of defeat. This article pro¬pose to analyze the nature, content and strategies of conducted psychological warfare during the French colonization of Algeria, by both the colonizer and the colonized .The data show that despite a significant difference in term of strength (military, organizational and diplomatic) in favor of the colonizer, the Al¬gerian revolution has dominated in its strategic psychological warfare and Psychological war¬fare of reinforcement and therefore was able to trace the path of freedom and independence. This Algerian experience has surpassed the borders of the country and served as a model to many oppressed peoples around the world. | ||
| 520 | |a تعتبر الحرب النفسية من أخطر أنواع الحروب، فهي تسعى في البداية إلى تدمير المعنويات والإرادة القتالية عند أفراد العدو وذلك من أجل توليد عند هؤلاء فيما بعد، استعدادات الفشل وتقبل الهزيمة. سنعمل في هذه الورقة على عرض وتحليل طبيعة الحرب النفسية التي عرفتها مختلف مراحل الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر مند 1830 وبرامجها واستراتيجياتها ومدى مساهمتها في تغليب الكفة لصالح استقلال الجزائر، وهذا رغم الفارق الكبير في القوة العسكرية والمادية والديبلوماسية لصالح المستعمر. ويمكننا أن نقول بناء على تحليل المعطيات التاريخية المتصلة بهذه الحرب بأن الثورة الجزائرية تفوقت على الاستعمار الفرنسي في الحرب النفسية الاستراتيجية والتعزيزية وبالتالي نجحت في أن تفرض مسار الحرية والاستقلال. ونتيجة لقوة هذا الانتصار وصل بريق هذه الثورة إلى مختلف أنحاء العالم خاصة البلدان العربية والإفريقية وأمريكا اللاتينية. | ||
