| 520 | |a هذه الورقة البحثية تقيم فعالية استخدام طريقة التحليل الهرمي المرحلي كأداة مساندة لاتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، وكيف أن القرارات الاستراتيجية يكمن أخدها بطريقة أكثر تنظيما ولخدمة هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على مشكلة فتح سوق جديد للشركات الكبيرة كمثال تطبيقي على مشكلة القرارات الإستراتيجية٠ اعتمدت طريقة التقييم للطريقة المقترحة على أساس وجهات نظر متخذي القرار في جودة الطريقة المقترحة. حيث تم قياس الجودة من خلال درجة الرضا لدى متخذي القرار على مراحل طريقة اتخاذ القرار وعلى مخرجات الطريقة المقترحة. خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى درجة رضا عالية على الطريقة المقترحة من قبل متخذي القرار بعد إجراء تحليل الحساسية. |b This paper evaluates the potential of the analytic hierarchy process methodology to be used as a tool for strategic decisions, and how this decision can be made in more systematic manner. For the purposed of the evaluation, the entry mode decision is taken as an example of strategic decisions. The evaluation of the AHP methodology is reflected by the perceived goodness of the methodology by decision makers. The perceived goodness of the methodology is measured based on the satisfaction of the decision makers with the decision making process and the outputs. The result presented in this paper demonstrates that the methodology is perceived to be good. Relative consensus among the decision makers are found on the goodness of the methodology. Also the result shows that the AHP methodology is not sensitive to who the decision makers are. | ||
