| المستخلص: | يتمثل هدف هذه الدراسة في ضرورة التأكيد على أهمية استعمال الاختبارات النفسية في معرفة وتحليل سمات الشخصية للاعبين. في هذه المقال ركزت على استعمال اختبار 16 عاملاً للشخصية لـ "رايموند كاتل" قصد تحديد درجة تطور السمات النفسية للاعبي كرة اليد أشبال وذلك لغاية الاتقاء الرياضي. وحسب النتائج المتوصل إليها أظهرت أن لاعبي كرة اليد أشبال يتميزون بسمات شخصية غير متطورة مقارنة بالمتطلبات النفسية لممارسة هذا النشاط. L’objectif de cette étude c’est d’insister sur l’importance de l’utilisation des tests psychologiques en vue de connaitre et d’analyser les caractéristiques psychologiques des joueurs. Dans cet article je me suis centré sur l’utilisation du test de personnalité 16PF5 de " Raymond CATTEL" dans le but de déterminer les traits de personnalité des handballeurs cadet à des fins de sélection sportive. Et selon les résultats obtenus les joueurs de handball cadet se caractérise par des traits de personnalité non développés par rapport aux exigences psychologiques de la pratique de cette discipline. The objective of this study is to emphasize the importance of using psychological tests in identifying and analyzing the personal characteristics of players. In this article, I focused on the use of the 16-factor for personality test by Raymond Katelle in order to determine the degree of development of the psychic characteristics of Handball Ashbal players for the purpose of athletic prophylaxis. According to the results, it was shown that Handball Ashbal players have undeveloped personality, compared to the psychological requirements for exercising this activity.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
