| المستخلص: | Dépositaire d’une très forte tradition régalienne, l’administration fiscale a su, à sa manière, s’engager depuis 1991 dans un processus de modernisation de ses structures de gestion de l’impôt et d’amélioration de ses relations avec les contribuables. Elle a su faire sa mue et se rapprocher davantage des contribuables en se transformant en une administration de service en créant de nouvelles structures de gestion de l’impôt par « clientèle » et en mettant en place un dispositif de qualité de service ainsi que des procédures facilitant pour les contribuables l’accomplissement de leurs obligations fiscales. Depository of a very strong regal tradition, the tax administration knew, in its own way, to commit itself since 1991 into a modernization process of its structures of tax management and improvement of its relations with the taxpayers. It came closer more to the taxpayers while turning into a service administration creating new structures of management of the tax by "customer" and putting in place a system of quality of service and procedures facilitating for the taxpayers the achievement of their tax obligations. |
