| 520 | |b In the name of allah many, many thanks to him, prayer and peace be upon the messenger of Allah, his family, his companions and his loyalists. It is the mercy of Allah towards his servants that he created them complementary, where they need each other in all their affairs, including sciences and knowledge. Scientists need each other to complete themselves in the domain of science they need true to what Allah said: « Mankind have not been given of knowledge expect a little » [ Al-Isra / 85] Since the relationship between scientist is bared on this coranie verse, therefore the link between all kinds of sciences have the same link and interdependence where sciences complement and need each other, especially between Arabic language and Sharia Law, from there two sciences emerged another link between the jurisprudence basics and Arabic language as a result of the nature of the texts related to the Sharia Law, which treated by the jurisprudence science, but this link took another form, especially after the division of Arabic language into several sciences, such as a grammatical science and a science of jurisprudence basics . For this reason, I loved to study these two sciences in order to reveal that complement, I discussed before between scientists, especially between sciences which are the result of efforts of those scientists . I titled my research work as follows:" The relationship between jurisprudence basics and grammar basics through their stages of development " . Then I divided it into three sections: in the first section, I discussed the stages of development of grammar basics .In the second section, I discussed the stages of development of jurisprudence basics .In the third section, I mentioned the comparison between the jurisprudence basics and grammar basics and relationship between themselves, and which one them has more effect on the other .In addition to an introduction through which I explained my methodology .Finally, I concluded the topic by summarizing the result of my research work. | ||
| 520 | |a بسم الله، والحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، وبعد: فمن رحمة الله تعالى بعباده أنه خلقهم متكاملين، يحتاج بعضهم إلى بعض في شؤونهم كلها، ومنها العلم والمعرفة، فالعلماء يحتاج بعضهم إلى بعض، ليكمل بعضهم بعضا في العمل الذي يحتاجون إليه، مصداقا ﴿وَمَا أُوتِيتُمْ مَّنَ الْعِلْمِ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً﴾ ( الإسراء: 85). وإذا كانت الصلة بين العلماء كذلك، فإن الصلة بين العلوم بأنواعها لها نفس الترابط، فهي تتكامل ويحتاج بعضها إلى بعض، خاصة بين علم اللغة العربية والعلوم الشرعية، ومن هذين العلمين نشأت صلة أخرى بين علم أصول الفقه واللغة العربية نتيجة لطبيعة النصوص الشرعية التي يتناولها علم الأصول، إلا أن هذه الصلة قد أخذت شكلا آخر، خاصة بعد انقسام علم اللغة العربية إلى عدة علوم منها علم النحو، ومن هنا ظهرت علاقة وصلة أخرى بين علم النحو وعلم أصول الفقه، وبالأخص بين أصول النحو وأصول الفقه، لهذا أحببت أن أدرس هذه الصلة الموجودة بين هذين العلمين لأكشف عن ذلك التكامل الذي تحدثت عنه سابقا بين العلماء وبالأخص بين العلوم التي هي نتاج جهود هؤلاء العلماء. جعلت عنوان بحثي (العلاقة بين أصول الفقه وأصول النحو من خلال مراحل تطورهما، وقسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث، تحدثت في المبحث الأول: عن مراحل تطور علم أصول النحو، وفي المبحث الثاني؛ عن مراحل تطور علم أصول الفقه، وفي المبحث الثالث: ذكرت المقارنة بين أصول الفقه وأصول النحو والعلاقة بينهما، وأيهما أثر في الآخر، مع مقدمة: شرحت فيها منهجيتي، وخاتمة: لخصت فيها نتائج بحثي. | ||
