| المستخلص: | استهدف هذا البحث دراسة ما يعرف بمصطلح « التعنت » عند نقّاد المحدّثين وذلك من حيث الوقوف على مفهومه وأسبابه ومعياره وبيان آثاره في واقع علم الجرح والتعديل . \ لقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ التعنت ما هو إلاّ طبعٌ في النّاقد يحمله على التشدد حين الحكم على راوٍ بتضعيفه، مرَدُّه أسباب نفسية أو علمية أو دينية أو تعصب وهوى، والأصل عند الحكم على الراوي الاعتدال دون تساهلٍ أو إسراف فيه، وتبين بالبحث أن معيار التعنت عند النقّاد نسبي لا مطلق، كما توصّلت الدراسة إلى أنَّ التعنتَ له آثار إيجابية في واقع علم الجرح والتعديل تمثلت في إبراز قوة ذلك العلم ورسوخ قواعده وإظهار ورع وديانة القائمين عليه وإفراز الرواة المتقنين للحديث من غير المتقنين. \ هذا وأظهر البحث أن للتعنت آثارا سلبية تجلت في الخصومة والعداوة والقطيعة بين أهل العلم بسبب اختلافهم في وجهات النظر العلمية، ونجم عنه إهدار حديث من جرح في روايته كلها لغلطه في حديث بعينه، وكذا من آثاره السلبية ظهور العصبية المذهبية وغياب الإنصاف العلمي أحيانا من لدن النقّاد، ومنها أيضا الانتقاصُ من قدر من كانَ من أهل العلم راويا للحديث وعمل لدى السلطان أو أخد جائزة منه أو أجرة على التحديث من الرواة أو لاعتماده صيغة للتحديث هي موضع خلف بين العلماء، وكذا أيضا بات التعنت من أحدِ النقّادِ ذريعة للآخرين يشككون من خلاله في نزاهة حكمه على راو من الرواة This research aims at studying the term“ inflexibility ”of the critics \ regarding al-Mohaditheen( hadith narrators )including its meaning ,causes, \ measures and results in the field of“ al-Jaih and al-Ta’deel, ”the science \ which studies the degree of accuracy of among hadith narrators .The study \ concludes that the inflexibility is a habit that causes the critic to be adamant \ and overstrict when judging a narrator Hadeeth as being weak .This is \ because of psychological ,scientific ,religious or even fanatical reasons. \ Ideally ,the practice of judging a narrator should be based on moderation \ rather than on overstrictness or exaggeration .The findings of the study \ revealed that the criterion on which critics base their judgments is relative \ rather than absolute .Furthermore ,this study revealed that inflexibility \ had positive results for“ al -Jarh and al-Ta’deel ”since it highlighted its \ strength as well as the piety and accuracy of the people involved in this \ practice .It was also found that there are also negative effects ,including \ disagreement among the practitioners of this science due to the different \ views they hold ..This led to the rejection of all the hadiths narrated by any \ narrator who just made a mistake in one hadith .Further ,it belittled the \ integrity of the good narrator who worked with the Sultan or accepted an \ award or charge .Thus ,the inflexibility of the critic has become a means \ for criticizing the integrity and judgment of such narrators. \ |
