| المستخلص: | ان الرغبة في احداث طفرة في انجاز الاعمال بالمؤسسات والرغبة في استغلال نظم ادارة الوثائق الالكترونية والعمل على استثمارها داخل المؤسسات هي من الخطوات الهامة على طريق انجاز الأعمال داخل المؤسسات وتطوير أداء العاملين بها وبالتالي تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.\nولكى تتم عملية التحول التكنولوجى واستخدام نظم ادارة الوثائق الالكترونية داخل المؤسسة بشكل ناجح ينبغي اتباع منهج محدد، هذا المنهج يقوم بتحديد أهداف هذا التحول التكنولوجي اضافة الى الاعتماد على تحليل وفهم هيكل البناء التنظيمي للمؤسسة وذلك لضمان اختيار النظم المناسبة لطبيعة احتياجات المؤسسة والتي يؤدى نجاح عملها الى المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.\nويتناول هذا البحث العناصر الأساسية والخطوات اللازمة للقيام بعملية التحول التكنولوجى وفهم العناصر الأساسية للبناء التنظيمي للمؤسسة. The desire to make a leap in accomplishing the tasks in the institutions and the desire to exploit electronic document management systems and work on its implementation in the institutions are the important steps towards the achievements of the tasks within the institutions and to improve the performance of employees and thus achieve the objectives of the institution.\nIn order to complete the process of technological transformation and the use of electronic document management systems within the institution in a successful manner, a specific approach should be adopted. This approach will define the objectives of this technological transformation as well as rely on analysis and understanding of the organizational structure of the institution to ensure the selection of systems appropriate for the nature of the needs of the institution, the success of its work will lead to contribution to the achievement of the objectives of the institution.\nThis paper deals with the basic elements and steps necessary to carry out the process of technological transformation and to understand the basic elements of the institution's organizational structure.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
