| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى بحث دور المنظمات الدولية العالمية منها والإقليمية في مجال حماية البيئة وترقيه التنمية المستدامة. حماية البيئة في إطار المنظمات الدولية تكتسي أهمية بالغة، فالواقع أن هذه الحماية تتطلب إجراء الكثير من الدراسات والأبحاث والتجارب التي تتكلف كثير من النفقات وربما يصعب على دولة بمفردها القيام بها. كذلك فإن الخبرة العلمية والفنية والتقنية اللازمة لتحقيق مثل هذه الحماية لا تتوافر لكثير من الدول وخاصة الدول النامية، لذا يمكن من خلال التعاون الدولي إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل خلاصة المعلومات والتجارب بين الدول، أو القيام بدراسات وأبحاث مشتركة. كما تساعد المنظمات الدولية على تسوية النزاعات البيئية بيد الدول بدلا من تطبيق قواعد المسؤولية الدولية التي تأخذ وقتاً وتتطلب مصاريف كثيرة. | ||
