| المستخلص: | يمثل شعور الفرد بالمسؤولية في شتى صورها، من الصفات الهامة للشخصية السوية سواء كانت مسؤولية نحو الأسرة، أو نحو المؤسسة التي يعمل بها، أو نحو زملائه وأصدقائه وجيرانه وغيرهم من الناس الذين يختلط بهم، أو نحو المجتمع عامة، أو نحو الإنسانية بأسرها، ولو شعر كل فرد في المجتمع بالمسؤولية نحو غيره من الناس الذين يكلف برعايتهم والعناية بهم، ونحو العمل الملاحظ أن الأشخاص في أي مكان إذا ما تحلوا بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وأكدوا في تصرفاتهم على مبادئ عامة مثل التعاون والتضحية والإيثار وحب الآخرين ومساعدتهم، وإذا ما سادت مثل هذه السلوكيات، فإنها سوف تنعكس على طبيعة المجتمع ودرجة استقراره، أما إذا ساد العكس فإن هذا المجتمع، سوف يعاني من تدهور وانقسامات حادة في بنيته المجتمعية، وقد يعود هذا الأمر كذلك إلى ما يمر به هذا المجتمع من ظروف قاهرة سواء على الصعيد السياسي أو الاقتصادي مما يؤثر على الجاني الاجتماعي فيه وقد عانى المجتمع العراقي من مشكلات متعددة، أدت إلى عدم الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي، وبالتالي فإن فقدان الشعور بالانتماء إلى الوطن وبالتكامل الاجتماعي مع أبناء المجتمع يؤدي إلى اتجاه الفرد إلى الولاءات الضيقة القبلية والعشائرية والمذهبية والقومية (الجبوري، 2009: 55). وهكذا فإن التحقق من القضية أعلاه يمثل المشكلة التي يحاول البحث دراستها من خلال التعرف على العلاقة بين المواطنة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعة. أهداف البحث: يستهدف البحث التعرف إلى: 1- المواطنة لدى طلبة الجامعة 2- المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعة 3- العلاقة بين المواطنة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعة وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث الحالي قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياسي المواطنة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية على وفق وجهة النظر المتبناة في هذا البحث وقد تكون مقياس المواطنة من 30 فقرة أما مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية فقد تكون من 35 فقرة وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياسين ومن ثم فقد تم تطبيقهما على عينة البحث (400) طالب وطالبة وقد توصل البحث الحالي إلى: 1- أن عينة البحث لديهم شعور بالحرص والانتماء للبلد متأثرين بالظروف التي يمر بها البلد. 2- أن عينة البحث الحالي لديهم شعور عالي بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية. 3- أظهرت النتائج أن هناك ارتباط بين المواطنة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية إذ يمكن تفسير ذلك من خلال الشعور بالانتماء والذي يعد بمثابة دلالة رئيسية عن المواطنة وكذلك الإحساس بالواجب تجاه المجتمع. Thus, the verification of the above case is a problem that tries to look her studies by identifying the relationship between citizenship and social responsibility among university students Research Goals aims to identify research: 1- citizenship among university students 2- social responsibility among university students 3- relationship between citizenship and social responsibility among university students In order to achieve the goals of current research, the researcher building Standart citizenship and social responsibility in accordance with the view adopted in this research has citizenship measure be 30 paragraph Lama social responsibility scale may be a 35-paragraph has been checked reliability and validity of scales and then it has been applied to a sample search (400) students have reached the current search: 1- The research sample have a sense of belonging and ensuring the country succumbed to the circumstances faced by the country. 2- that Aebenh current research have high sense of social responsibility. 3- azart results that there is a link between citizenship and social responsibility as it can be explained by a sense of belonging, which is a key indication for citizenship as well as the sense of duty towards society. |
