| المستخلص: | تبرز المخرجات التعليمية، من خلال ما تقرره من منهجية مدروسة في مناهجها التعليمية وأدوات التدريس، جانباً لا يستهان به من التأثير على واقع المجتمع ومستقبله، حيث تعد هذه المخرجات من الأدوات التي ترسم حاضر المجتمع ومستقبله، لاسيما وأنها تعد بحق نقطة التحول التي تنعكس بالإيجاب على تفاعلات المجتمع وصناعة علاقاته. إن المؤسسات التعليمية في مختلف مراحلها الدراسية فيما تتبناه من خطط واستراتيجيات تعتبر العنصر المؤثر في تنمية المجتمع وتطويره على نحو من شأنه أن يخدم مختلف القطاعات في المجتمع؛ ومن أجل ذلك فإن الدول والمجتمعات المتمدنة تحرص على تخصيص مبالغ طائلة من أجل النهوض بهذا القطاع الحيوي والهام، وذلك من خلال المبادرات التي تطلقها القيادات التربوية في المجتمع لتطوير التعليم في مختلف مجالاته وتخصصاته. إن الغرض الأساسي الذي من أجله أنشئت هذه المؤسسات وحظيت بالاهتمام من قبل المعنيين يتمثل فيما من شأنه تعزيز القاعدة الصلبة في المجتمع، والتي من شأنها أن تصنع مجتمعاً واعياً يسعى إلى الارتقاء بمختلف قطاعاته السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بما من شأنه أن يسهم في الارتقاء بالمجتمع في مختلف الجوانب.
