| المستخلص: | من خلال استقراء واقع خدمات الايواء السياحية في مدينة بابل الاثرية السياحية، ظهرت مشكلة البحث من حيث تواضع الخدمات المقدمة وغياب تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وانظمتها، بالرغم من توفر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في بيئة العمل، وانطلق البحث من تساؤلين هما كيف تقوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات بتحسين خدمات الايواء، وكيف ننفذ التحسين في خدمة الايواء في تلك المدينة؟ وتوجهت الأهداف الى بيان أهمية استخدام المعلومات السياحية الالكترونية وتوفير الجهد والكلفة والوقت في تقديم خدمات الايواء من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات وزيادة رافعة الأداء السياحي بزيادة الكفاءة والفاعلية للمنظمة السياحية وتحسين خدمات الايواء وتعريف العاملين في القطاع السياحي بأهمية استثمار تكنولوجيا المعلومات لخدمات الايواء. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي الأسلوب التحليلي بالاعتماد على أساليب كمية ونوعية وتم التوصل الى عدة نتائج وخرج البحث بمجموعة توصيات By extrapolation of the reality of the tourist accommodation services, in the ancient city of Babylon, research problem in terms of humility services provided and the lack of information technology applications, despite the availability of information technology in the work environment, and began searching by two questionear how the information technology to improve the accommodation services?, and how implement improvements in accommodation in that city service? And headed goals to the statement of the importance of the use of electronic tourist information and the provision of effort, cost and time to provide accommodation services through the use of information technology and increasing tourism performance lever to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the organization tourism and improving accommodation services and the definition of workers in the tourism sector of the importance of investment information services accommodation technology. The research used the descriptive analytical method, based on quantitative and qualitative methods, was reached several conclusions and recommendations set out search. |
