La loyauté organisationnelle est un phénomène psycho – sociale qui besoin d’être renforcée par le leadership administratif en raison de ses effets positif sur l’individu et l’organisation afin d’atteindre les objectifs. est devenu une question préoccupante pour les organisations modernes ‚alors que l’organisation est une système ouvert ‚et il doit atteindre le plus haut degré de loyauté organisationnelle afin d’assurer la stabilité et la croissance‚ à s’adapté avec cette dynamique en prenant en compte les défis et les opportunités contenus dans son environnement. Organizational loyalty is a psychosocial-social phenomenon that needs development by the administrative leadership because of its positive effects on the individual and the organization in order to achieve the goals. Today, it is also one of the most important issues of concern to organizations today.
