| المستخلص: | في ظل هذا التطور الغير محدود في إنتاج المعرفة وتطبيقها، كان على التعليم مواكبة هذا التطور الهائل والكبير ليتمكن من مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية بالقرن الواحد والعشرون والتي أضحت قضية وجود. إلا أننا نجد هذا التدهور الكبير واللامحدود في كل مكونات النظام التربوي بمصر والذي تعبر عنه الكثير من الدراسات المنشورة محليا وعالميا. وهذا الطمس للهوية القومية المصرية وهذه السمات الدخيلة على مكونات هذه الشخصية القومية. وهو ما عبرت عنه مشكلة هذه الدراسة. والتي يرى هذا البحث أن بناء أي منظومة تعليمية الهدف منها تحسين هذه المخرجات من مدخلات المنظومة التعليمية، هذه المدخلات هي هذه الشخصية الافتراضية أو ما نسميه الشخصية القومية من خلال دراسات متعمقة علمية إمبريقية لها والتي قدمنا لها نموذجا والتي أظهرتها الدراسات السابقة بهذا البحث، ومنها دراسة الدكتور أحمد زايد لدراسة أهم السمات التي جاءت بكتابات وأبحاث ولم تدرس أمبريقيا وهي (الشك / الثقة – التدين – الفكاهة والمرح – التفكير الخرافي – العلاقة بالسياسة – التوكل والتواكل – الصبر). وأضاف لها (التناقض والازدواجية، التعلق بالأشخاص، الميل التبريري، السلبية) مع رؤيتي البحثية التي تتوافق مع رؤية أوجست كونت مؤسس علم الاجتماع الحديث من أن حركة المجتمع تخضع بالضرورة لقوانين فيزيائية لا تتغير واقترن ذلك بتمسكه بالمنهج العلمي. فقامت الدراسة باستخدام أحد النماذج الفيزيائية الطبيعية الشهيرة وهي نظام الديناميكا الحرارية لتمثل نموذج تطبيقي لبناء النموذج التعليمي المأمول، والذي يقوم بهذه المعالجات للمدخلات هذا النظام وهي بالأساس نتائج دراسات الشخصية القومية. فتعبر قوانين الثرمو ديناميك هذه الضوابط الأساسية في المعالجات بهذا النظام ومخرجاته، من خلال ضوابط هذه المنظومة النظامية وباستخدام منهج الدراسات المستقبلية ومنهج تحليل النظم بالإضافة للمنهج النقدي، ولذا نحاول أن نتلمس له الحلول من خلال الإجابة على أسئلة هذا البحث لبناء منظومة تعليمية تحقق هذه النهضة المأمولة، وأيضاً تحافظ على سمات الشخصية القومية وهويتنا. ألا وهي: - كيف نخطط نظام تربوي يواكب التطور العلمي العالمي ويحافظ على الهوية القومية؟ - ما هي مصفوة السمات الأساسية للشخصية القومية المصرية؟ - ما الآثار المتوقعة من هذه السمات بدراستها بواسطة تحليل النظم الطبيعية. – كيف نستخدم التخطيط الاستراتيجي في بناء النظام التربوي المأمول بناء على نتائج التحليل السابق؟ In this era of the unlimited development of knowledge production and application, it is necessary for education to keep pace with this enormous progress in such a way as to meet future challenges of the 21st century; such challenges have become an issue of existence. Nevertheless, the Egyptian educational system, as reported in nationally and internationally published studies, has significantly declined. In addition, the national Egyptian identity is undergoing a state of obliteration as a result of the presence of some features and values which are alien to the national character. In this regard, the current research argues that the aim of building an educational system is to employ the inputs of the system to improve its outputs. In the context of education, the inputs of this system are the virtual character or what is commonly known as the national character as posited by in-depth empirical studies which have been surveyed in the literature review of the current research. One of these studies is that of Ahmed Zayed who addresses the most prominent features of the national character which have been mentioned in many researches and writing, yet have not been previously studies empirically. These features include: doubt/trust, religiosity, humour and cheerfulness, magical thinking, interest in politics, confidence, dependency, and patience. He further adds other features, namely contradiction and duality, cherishing others, justificatory attitude and negativism. My research vision is consistent with Auguste Comte, the founder of modem sociology, who maintains that society movement is governed by unchanged physical laws; and this justifies his adherence to scientific methodology. The current study is based on a well-known system of Nature Physics, namely thermodynamics system, to design the desired educational model. The thermodynamics system is responsible for processing the inputs of the educational model which are essentially the findings of studies on the national character. Thermodynamic laws are considered as the major criteria of processing the inputs of this system. By applying the future studies approach, the systems analysis methodology and the critical approach, this study attempts to answer the following questions in order to build an educational system capable of achieving the desired renaissance and preserving the features of the national character and identity. The questions of the study are as follows:- How can we design an educational system capable of keeping pace with the global scientific development and preserving the national identity at the same time? - What is the matrix of the major features of the Egyptian National Character? - What are the expected effects of studying these features in the light of Scientific Systems .Analysis approach? - How can we use strategic planning to build the desired educational system in the light of the findings of the previous analysis? |
