| المستخلص: | In our field study, we try to assess the reality of the professional practice for the clinical psychologist in Algerian reality by examining two basic variables: the extent of professional satisfaction of the psychologist and the characteristics of the professional psychologist.\nTherefore, this study is divided into two parts: the theoretical aspect, where we dealt with all the concepts related to the research variables. Then, we discussed the applied side in which quantitative results and general conclusions were presented by providing explanations of the results obtained based on the psychological heritage..\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 A partir de cette étude on va essayée dévaluer la réalité de la fonction du psychologue clinicien\nen Algérie. On prenant compte de deux importants variables qui sont les suivants : la satisfaction\nprofessionnelle du psychologue clinicien, et les caractéristiques du psychologue clinicien compétent.\nCette étude est divisée en deux sections: premièrement : la section théorique qui englobe en\npremier lieu: les concepts liés à cette étude. Dans la section pratique, on a présenté les résultats\nquantitatifs avec discussion on se basant sur la littérature psychologique. نحاول من خلال دراستنا الميدانية تقويم واقع الممارسة المهنية لدى الأخصائي النفساني العيادي في الواقع الجزائري وذلك من خلال دراسة متغيرين أساسيين ألا وهما: مدى الرضا المهني لدى الأخصائي النفساني، وما هي مميزات الأخصائي النفساني الكفء مهنيا.\nوعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة مقسمة إلى قسمين: الجانب النظري، حيث تناولنا فيه كل المفاهيم الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث. ثم الجانب التطبيقي الذي تم عرض فيه النتائج الكمية واستنتاج عام من خلال تقديم تفسيرات للنتائج المتحصل عليها استنادا على التراث السيكولوجي. |
