| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تقصي أهم الكفايات في مجال الإشراف على البحوث العلمية، واستعراض أهم المهارات البحثية لطلبة ماجستير التربية، وتقديم مقترحات لتطوير برنامج ماجستير التربية بنظام الرسالة فقط بجامعة السلطان زين العابدين، وأظهر البحث أن من أهم الكفايات للإشراف على البحوث امتلاك المشرف المؤهلات الأكاديمية التي تؤهله لعملية الإشراف والتوجيه (على الأقل درجة أستاذ مساعد)، وقدرته على إثارة دافعية الطالب للتأمل والتحليل، وإكسابه مهارات البحث العلمي وطرائقه، وأن من أهم المهارات البحثية لطالب ماجستير التربية عن طريق الرسالة فقط، أن يكون ملما بأنواع البحوث في ميدان التربية، ومناهج البحث وخطواته، إلى جانب ميوله الفطري في البحث، وقوة ملاحظته في ميزان المشكلة البحثية، كما اقترح البحث تطوير نظم الإشراف العلمي وتحسين نوعيته، من خلال تحديد العدد الكافي من الطلبة الذين يتم الإشراف عليهم، وترسيخ أهمية البحث العلمي، وذلك بتخصيص مادة مناهج البحث لطلبة الماجستير، وجعلها مادة إجبارية، يتم تقويم الطالب فيها. | ||
| 520 | |f The research aimed to find the most important competencies in the field of supervision of scientific research, analysis of the main research skills of the students of Masters in Education and submission of proposals for the development of the program of Masters in Education with the system of dissertation only at the University of Sultan Zain Al-Abidin. The research showed that one of the most important competencies to supervise the researches is the academic qualifications of the supervisor that qualify him for the supervision and guidance. (At least the degree of Assistant Professor is must) and his ability to motivate the students to think, and analyze and the ability to help them attain the skills and methods of scientific research. One of the most important research skills for the student of Master in Education through the dissertation only is having knowledge of the types of researches in the field of education, research methods and its procedure, his natural tendency to the research as well as the strength of his observation in the balance of the research problem.\nThe research also suggested developing the systems of scientific supervision and improving its quality, by identifying the sufficient number of students to be supervised, and consolidating the importance of scientific research by allocating the subject of research curricula to the master's students, making it a compulsory subject in which the student is evaluated.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
