| المستخلص: | يدور موضوع هذا البحث حول تفشي جريمة الإغتصاب باعتبارها من المواضيع التي تثير الاهتمام في العصر الراهن لما تسببه من مشاكل و مخاطر اجتماعية ونفسية وحتى قانونية،وقد اخترنا جريمة الإغتصاب نموذجا بحيث تُعد واحدة من أبشع الجرائم الإنسانية ،لانفجار هذه الجريمة بصورة غير مسبوقة وحدثت نوعيات جديدة من الجرائم غير المألوفة، كاغتصاب الأطفال والمسنين،بل واغتصاب الرجال أيضًا وعلى وجه الخصوص المرأة،وقد أدى تفاقم هذا الجرم إلى تخوّف العلماء وقلقهم في مختلف المجالات من ازدياد هذه الظاهرة وما تخلفه من آثار مضرة على المستوى الفردي والجماعي The topic of this research revolves around the spread of the crime of rapes as one of the topics of interest in the current era because of social, psychological and even legal problems and risks. We chose the crime of rapes as a model that is considered one of the most heinous crimes of humanity, because of the explosion of this crime in an unprecedented manner. There have been new types of unusual crimes, such as the rape of children and the elderly as well as rape of men and especially rape of women.\nThe exacerbation of this crime led to the fear and concern of scientists of various fields, about the increase in this phenomenon and its adverse effects on both the individual and society as a whole. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
