| المستخلص: | تعتبر جريمة المرأة في المدينة الجزائرية ظاهرة مرتبطة ارتباطا وطيدا بالتغير الاجتماعي الذي أحدث هزة في التماسك الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والتربوي للأسرة. إذ صاحب هذا التغير ضعف الرقابة الأسرية الناتج عن انشغال الوالدين بالعمل خارج المنزل وعدم وجود الأب في البيت حتى ساعة متأخرة من النهار، وتدني دخل الأسرة وانتشار البطالة بين أعضائها.\nمما أدى إلى انحراف العديد من الفتيات في المجتمع الجزائري وولوجهن عالم الإجرام.\nولتقدير واقع السلوك الإجرامي عند المرأة ومدى تباين أنماط الجريمة النسائية في الآونة الأخيرة في المجتمع الجزائري، انطلقنا من الإحصائيات الدالة والمتباينة التي سجلت في الفترة ما بين 2006 إلى غاية 2008. كما تطرقنا إلى بعض العوامل والدوافع التي أدت بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة إلى ظهور ظاهرة جرائم النساء الجنائية في المجتمع الجزائري. Les problèmes socio . économiques que confrontent les citoyens algériens ainsi que les changements culturels et environnementaux qui ont suivi la modernisation, l’urbanisation et la mondialisation dans les pays arabes en général et en Algérie en particulier, ont affecté la famille dans sa structure et sa fonction et, réduit la cohésion sociale de ses membres.\nAinsi, comme la famille est devenue incapable d’exercer ses fonctions de socialisation, les infractions pénales des femmes sont devenues très répandues.\nCet article traite donc la question des délits féminins en mettant l.accent sur les facteurs socio - économiques pouvant expliquer ce phénomène. The crime of women in Algiers is a phenomenon closely linked to social change, which has shaken the economic, social, and educational cohesion of the family. This change has been accompanied by w family control resulting from the fact that parents are busy working outside the home that the father is not present at home until late in the day, low family income, and widespread unemployment among members. This has led to the delinquency of many girls in Algerian society into the world of criminality.\nIn order to assess the reality of criminal behavior among women and the extent to which the patterns of female crime in recent times have varied in Algerian society, We started from the different and significant statistics that were recorded between 2006 and 2008.
