Today, the world is facing a controversy about competition and uncertainty which made it important for countries to follow strategies of awareness and environmental monitor such as strategic vigilance. The country achieves success at the international ,the regional and the local level thanks to strategic vigilance and information frogress such as information and knowledges management in all fields: politics, economy, society, security, culture and environment, in addition to their interaction and integration with information systems which is the most modern technology. |
