| المستخلص: | The astonishing increase in the number of Internet subscribers in the Arab world is a phenomenon that requires attention and attention due to the significant changes that accompanied the internet in the social and cultural behaviors system, especially in Arab societies. The cultural discourse based on messages of thought directed online has implications that are perceived by intellectual and cultural manifestations in the Arab creative landscape. Its practices translate into literary and intellectual writings and the media landscape that reveals a new and different reality than what was in years before the emergence of this information technology. This research paper deals with this subject, supported by illustrative slides and certified statistical data issued by official bodies and an accredited international research center, through which the researcher explains the elements of the subject and provides a critical view of the subject.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. يعد الارتفاع المذهل لعدد المشتركين في الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات (الإنترنت) في العالم العربي ظاهرة تستوجب الوقوف عندها والاهتمام بها؛ نظراً لما صاحبها من تغيرات كبيرة في منظومة السلوكات والممارسات الاجتماعية والثقافية خاصة في المجتمعات العربية فالخطاب الثقافي المستند على رسائل الفكر الموجه شبكياً عبر الإنترنت باتت له تبعات تصورها التجليات الفكرية والثقافية في المشهد الإبداعي العربي، تترجم ممارساته في نطاق الكتابات الأدبية والفكرية والمشهد الإعلامي المفصح عن واقع جديد ومختلف عما كانت عليه في سنوات سابقة لظهور هذه التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية. تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية هذا الموضوع مدعمة بشرائح توضيحية وبيانات إحصائية معتمدة صادرة عن هيئات رسمية ومركز بحث دولية معتمدة يشرح الباحث من خلالها عناصر الموضوع ويقدم فيها رؤية نقدية خاصة لهذا الموضوع. |
