| 520 | |a أن عملية تطوير أنتاج القطاعات الاقتصادية أضحت القوى المؤثرة في معظم بلدان العالم وبالأخص في الدول المتقدمة بشكل خاص والدول النامية بشكل عام، وذلك لآنها تساهم في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي لذلك البلد من خلال تقديم العدد الأكبر من فرص التشغيل والقوة العاملة والمساهمة في قيمة الإنتاج الإجمالي وغيرها. تبين نتائج البحث بانخفاض نسبة مساهمة هذه القطاعات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي تدريجيا خاصة بعد سنة 2003 واحتلال العراق، فهو لايزال اقتصاد ريعي (أحادي الجانب) على الرغم من توفر الموارد العديدة والمتنوعة والإمكانات المتاحة فيه، لذا فأن اعتماد استراتيجيات ملائمة وفعالة لحالة الاقتصاد العراقي وقطاعاته الأساسية مع توفر البيئة المناسبة لذلك من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تقليل الاعتماد على القطاع النفطي في تكوين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وزيادة نسبة مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية الأخرى كالزراعة والصناعة الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى رفع إنتاجية القطاعات الاقتصادية المكونة للاقتصاد العراقي وبالتالي زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الذي بدورة يعالج المشاكل التي يمر بها الاقتصاد العراقي بصورة عامة. | ||
