| المستخلص: | تناقش الدراسة البحثية النقاط التالية؛ أولا: مقاربة مفاهيمية للموضوع تتعلق بمفهوم المواطنة والاستيعاب الاجتماعي، ثم تتطرق الدراسة في المحور الثاني إلى وضعية المرأة في ظل المنظور التقليدي مع الإشارة إلى النظرية النسوية والمنظور الحديث مع الإشارة إلى قضايا وأبعاد نظرية النوع الاجتماعي، والاشارة إلى الدراسات ذات الصلة بالمواطنة والمرأة على المستويات العالمية والإفريقية والعربية والمصرية. أما المحور الثالث، فيناقش مختلف المعوقات الثقافية الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والسياسية للحيلولة دون تقدم المرأة والدفع بها كي تكون ناقصة الأهلية، مقارنة بالرجل. وأخيرا، تعرض الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة. This research argues that the Egyptian women are subjected to two main pressures: the first, the patriarchy of socio-cultural context, or the imagined "they" that formulates a kind of invisible conspiracy through Masculinities' descriptions of women's activities and accomplishments as others. Such unfair trend is incorporated not only among men but also among several categories of women. Second, the domination of the previous and current political regime and their opponents from scholars, specialists and elites, or the imagined "We" that are embodied others, who are allowed to have a body, a finite point of view, and so an inevitably disqualifying and unfair bias in any discussion of consequence outside women's own little circles. This paper will discuss the following points: the Position of Women between Conservative and Modernized Perspective, hindering the women's progress: the Main Variables (socio-cultural, economic, and political ones) and eventually, the main findings and recommendations. |
