| 520 | |f The aim of the article was to uncover the applications of the jurisprudence of the agreement by drawing an approach in curriculum. The article was based on several elements, the first element addressing the pillars on which this proposal was based. The second element addressed the targeted people of this proposal. The third element emphasized the dissemination of this approach to Muslim countries. The fourth element reviewed the content and vocabulary of the jurisprudence of the agreement. While the fifth element reviewed the general units of the curriculum. The sixth element determined the demands of each unit of study, including the demands of the goals that the Shariah set for the benefit of individuals, the demands of the goals that Shariah set for the benefit of the family and society, and the demands of the goals that the Shariah set for the benefit of humanity. The conclusion of the article showed that these are the goals the sharia set for the achievement of the agreement and the alliance between the Muslims in first place, and the realization of divine justice among human beings in second place.
