| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور جامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع، من خلال الأبعاد الآتية: (نشر الثقافة وتقديم الاستشارات، البحث العلمي، التدريب والتعليم المستمر)، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تحد من دور جامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع، بالإضافة إلى التعرف عما إذا كان هناك فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بفرع درنة، حول دور جامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع، تعزي لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية الآتية: (النوع، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الدرجة العلمي، الدرجة العلمية، مدة الخدمة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة، فقد قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة، معتمداً على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها ومعامل الثبات لها، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس الوطنيين بجامعة عمر المختار فرع درنة، الذي بلغ قوامه (210) أعضاء ولتحديد حجم العينة تم الاعتماد على جدول krejcie and Morgan (1970)، حيث حدد حجمها بعدد (132) عضواً، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة، تم استرجاع (104) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي من خدمة البرمجيات الواردة في (SPSS) وفقاً للنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار T، اختبار التباين الأحادي، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي: كشفت الدراسة أن المستوي العام لدور جامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فرع درنة جاء متوسطاً، أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك معوقات تحد من دور جامعة عمر المختار في الخدمة بدرجة مرتفعة، وخلصت الدراسة إلي أن أهم المعوقات تمثلت في أن غالبية الأبحاث موجهة للحصول على الدرجات العلمية وليست لخدمة المجتمع، وبينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول دور جامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع إجمالاً تعزي للمتغيرات الديموغرافية قيد الدراسة، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول دور جامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع لبعد التدريب والتعليم تعزي لمتغيري العمر ومدة الخدمة عند مستوي معنوية 5% وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل اتباعها لتفعيل دور الجامعة محل الدراسة في خدمة المجتمع. The study aimed to identity the role of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in community service through the following dimensions: (dissemination of culture and providing consultancy, scientific research, training and continuing education). The study also aimed to identify the most obstacles that limit the role of Omar Al- Mukhtar University in community service, as well as identifying whether there was a substantial statistically significant differences between the average of the Faculty members viewpoints on the role of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in community service, due to some of the following demographic variables: gender, age, educational qualification, degree, length of service. The study followed the case study method to, achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability coefficient. The study population included all Faculty members of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in Derna branch, totaling (210) members, and to determine the sample size, the researcher has relied on krejcie and Morgan table (1970), as it determined the number of (132) members, and after the distribution of the questionnaire, (104) valid forms were retrieval for a statistical analysis, and the analysis of the study data was done by computerized method using a statistical software program provided in the (SPSS). According to the percentages, the mathematical averages, standard deviations, T test, One - Way - ANOVA test, the following summarized results were reached: The study revealed that the overall level of the role of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in serving the community from the Faculty members of Derna branch view point was moderate. It additionally showed that there are impediments to limit the role of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in service degree high. The study concluded that the most obstacle was that the majority of research directed to get degrees and not to serve the community, and showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of Faculty members on the role of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in community service Overall attributable demographic variables under study; the study showed no statistically significant fundamental differences between the averages responses of the Faculty members branch on the role of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in community service variable training and continuing education due to the variables of age and length of service at a significant level of 5%, Finally, the study made a series of recommendations which will hopefully be followed to activate the role of the university under study in the service community. |
