| 520 | |b This study addresses Muslim Minority in Burma and the Role of the International Community towards their Protection in the light of the international agreements and declarations that make up the international human rights law, Which provides for the protection of those rights in general and the rights of minorities, in particular, such as: the universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, the International Covenants that were issued in 1966, the first Covenant for Civil and Political Rights, and the other for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in addition to the Declaration of the Persons Rights who belong to National minority or Ethnic, or Religious and Linguistic for the year 1992. The result of study concluded that the international position plays a negative role towards the tragic living conditions of the minority of Muslims in Burma that is because these countries did not move to prevent the abuses that are repeated on a on going basis by the governing authorities and sects of Buddhism especially in the territory of (Arakan), which constitutes the majority of Muslims, this minority is described as one of the most persecuted minorities in the world, and the greatest burden falls on the United Nations and the Islamic countries to play positive role to stop the repressive practices against them through the application of humanitarian intervention theory towards the negative attitudes of the international community, especially the major powers. | ||
| 520 | |e استهدفت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على" الأقلية المسلمة في بورما ودور الجماعة الدولية في حمايتها". وتناولت الدراسة فصلين وهما: الفصل الأول: تناول الحماية الدولية للأقليات في القانون الدولي مع بيان مفهوم الأقليات والتعريف بالأقلية المسلمة في بورما وأوضاعها، والاتفاقات والإعلانات الدولية التي تقرر الحماية لها، واشتمل هذا الفصل على ثلاثة مباحث وهم: المبحث الأول: مفهوم الأقليات مع التعريف بالأقلية المسلمة في بورما، المبحث الثاني: الأوضاع الإنسانية لمسلمي بورما، المبحث الثالث: الحماية المقررة للأقليات في القانون الدولي. الفصل الثاني: تناول الموقف الدولي من انتهاكات حقوق الأقلية المسلمة في بورما، ووسائل التدخل لحمايتهم، واشتمل هذا الفصل على مبحثين وهما: المبحث الأول: الموقف الدولي من انتهاكات حقوق الأقلية المسلمة في بورما، المبحث الثاني: التدخل الإنساني لحماية حقوق الأقلية المسلمة في بورما، واشتمل هذا المبحث على مطلبين وهما: المطلب الأول: ماهية التدخل الإنساني، المطلب الثاني: وسائل التدخل الإنساني لحماية الأقلية المسلمة في بورما. واختتمت الدراسة موضحة أن بشأن دور الدول الإسلامية فإنه بالرغم من إمكاناتها الاقتصادية الهائلة وما يمكن أن تقدمه من دعم لقضية مسلمي بورما، وضغوط على السلطات الحاكمة فيها، إلا أن موقفها قد اقتصر على الشجب والاستنكار لعمليات القتل والحرق بحق المسلمين هناك، وفي ذلك ما يمكن أن يتم تسميته بالتبعية للغرب في هذه القضية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 | ||
