| المستخلص: | In this research work, the objective is to clarify the relation between the tax system and the value of the company. An intermediate analysis will be done to make clear the relation between the economies generated by the fiscal deductibility of financial costs and the cost of capital. At the end, a relation between this cost of capital, decreased, and the value of the firm will be clarified. |
