| المستخلص: | The Arab arena witnessed great prosperity in the field of education due to the growing demand for education and the expansion of the establishment of public and private universities and colleges. Moreover, cultural and scientific exchanges between peoples have flourished through various means of technology. This significant expansion of educational institutions has created new challenges in the mechanisms and means of ensuring the quality of the educational and administrative process accompanying it. The course file is one of the most important tools used in ensuring the quality of the teaching and learning process. It works on a more comprehensive evaluation of the content of the material provided to the student. It can link the assessment of the educational process with the evaluation of the level of learning and improve academic work through various means.\nThis research aims to shed light on the role of the course file and its impact on ensuring the quality of education and expected learning outcomes of the course, which in turn ensures the achievement of the learning outcomes of the academic program, to achieve the objectives and mission of the academic institution in general. The research also focuses on the mechanisms of applying different best practices in the creation of the file, follow-up, evaluation and improvement in its various stages, preservation and utilization of it in subsequent chapters in paper or electronic form.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. شهدت الساحة العربية ازدهارا واسعا في مجال التعليم نظرا للأقبال المتزايد على التعليم، والتوسع في إنشاء الجامعات والكليات الرسمية والخاصة، إضافة إلى ازدهار التبادل الثقافي والعلمي بين الشعوب عبر وسائل التكنولوجيا المختلفة.\n وقد أدي هذا التوسع الكبير في المؤسسات التعليمية إلى خلق تحديات جديدة في آليات ووسائل ضمان جودة العملية التعليمية والإدارية المرافقة لها.\n ويعد ملف المساق من أهم الأدوات المستخدمة في ضمان جودة عملية التعليم والتعلم بحيث يعمل على تقويم أكثر شمولية لمضمون المادة المقدمة للطالب، ويمكن من خلاله ربط تقويم العملية التعليمية مع تقويم مستوى التعلم، والارتقاء عن طريقه في العمل الأكاديمي عبر وسائل مختلفة.\nيهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور ملف المساق وأثره على ضمان جودة التعليم ومخرجات التعلم المتوقعة للمساق، والتي بدورها تضمن تحقيق مخرجات التعلم الخاصة بالبرنامج الأكاديمي، وصولا إلى تحقيق أهداف ورسالة المؤسسة الأكاديمية بشكل عام.\n كما يركز البحث على آليات تطبيق أفضل الممارسات الحسنة المختلفة في إنشاء الملف ومتابعته وتقويمه وتحسينه في مراحله المختلفة، وحفظه والاستفادة منه في الفصول المختلفة اللاحقة في صورته الورقية أو الإلكترونية. |
