| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف دور المشاريع الصغيرة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في محافظة البلقاء في الأردن، والى رصد الفروق في استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور المشاريع الصغيرة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في محافظة البلقاء في الأردن وفقاً لمتغيرات البحث، وتكونت عينت البحث من (١٥٠) موظفا وموظفة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بالإضافة إلى الجانب التحليلي منه، باستخدام استبانة وتحليل بياناتها وفق الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) Statistical package for social sciences، وأظهرت أبرز النتائج ما يلي: ١) حيازة دور المشاريع الصغيرة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في محافظة البلقاء في الأردن على المستوى المتوسط، وبنسبة (76.67%). ٢) تبين إن الجانب الاجتماعي لدور المشاريع الصغيرة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في محافظة البلقاء في الأردن، هو الأكثر معرفة ودراية؛ لحيازته على المستوى المرتفع، وبنسبة (78.33%) وتبين إن الجانب الاقتصادي لدور المشاريع الصغيرة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في محافظة البلقاء في الأردن، هو الأقل معرفة ودراية؛ لحيازته على المستوى التوسط، وبنسبة (47.67%). ٣) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور المشاريع الصغيرة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في محافظة البلقاء في الأردن، تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح من لهم خبرة طويلة (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى إلى متغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. أوصى البحث في ضوء النتائج بما يلي: ١) زيادة الاهتمام بالإنتاج المحلي من قبل المؤسسات المعنية بالتحفيز على تطوير المنتجات وزيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية للمشاريع الصغيرة؛ للإسهام في رفع مستوى الدخل، وبالتالي رفع المستوى المعيشي للأسرة الأردنية. ٢) العمل على تدريب وتأهيل مالكي المشاريع الصغيرة في الأردن في التعامل مع الجانب المالي؛ لتسهيل عملية تدفق القروض للمحتاجين. ٣) ضرورة تشجيع واستقطاب الشباب للعمل واستثمار طاقاتهم في المشاريع الصغيرة؛ الأمر الذي يسهم في العد من انتشار ظاهرتي الفقر والبطالة. The study aimed at identifying the role of small enterprises in developing local society in Al-Balqa governorate in Jordan and at revealing the differences in the respondents’ responses towards the small enterprises in developing the local society in Al-Balqa governorate in Jordan according to the study’s variables. The sample of the study consisted of 150 male and female employees. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive approach was applied . A questionnaire was used and its data were analyzed using Statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The most significant results were as follows : 1) The level of the role of small enterprises in developing local society in Al-Balqa governorate in Jordan was moderate with (76.67%). 2) The social aspect of the role of small enterprises in developing local society in Al-Balqa governorate in Jordan is the most common as it has the highest level with (78.33%), and the economic aspect of the role of small enterprises in developing local society in Al-Balqa governorate in Jordan is the least common and known as it has the moderate level with (74.67%). 3) There were statistical significant differences in the role of small enterprises in developing local society in Al-Balqa governorate in Jordan attributed to years of experience variable in favour of those who have long experience (more than 10 years) and lack of differences attributed to gender and scientific qualification variables. In light of these results, the study recommended the following: 1) To pay much the attention to local production by motivating the development of the products and increasing the small projects’ productivity so as to increase the income which will increase the Jordanian family’s living standards. 2) To train and rehabilitate the owners of the small enterprises in Jordan of ways of dealing with the financial issues to facilitate loans’ flow to the people who need them. 3) To encourage and attract the young to work and invest their efforts in the small enterprises which helps in reducing the spread of poverty and unemployment |
