| 520 | |a تشكل البيوت الأثرية نسبة كبيرة مما تبقى من تراث معماري في منطقة جازان بصفة عامة، وجزر فرسان بصفة خاصة، وهي تعكس بتصميمها المعماري وعناصرها المختلفة طبيعة حقبة من تاريخ المنطقة، وتمثل جانب حضاري مهم يجب الاهتمام به والمحافظة عليه، ومع ذلك تواجه تلك البيوت مجموعة من الأخطار التي تنذر لو استمرت بفقد جزء كبير. \\\\ إن البيوت الأثرية تتعرض للهدم والإزالة كما أنها تعاني من الهجر وسوء الاستخدام وهو ما يزيد من وضعها سوء يوما بعد يوم في ظل غياب أي أفق لحلول جادة وجذرية لحل تلك المشاكل ووقف ما تتعرض له من تهديدات. لذلك سوف تتناول هذه الدراسة الوقوف على اهم العوامل التي تهدد البيوت الأثرية في جزر فرسان بصفة عامة، وبيت الرفاعي بصفة خاصة، سواء كانت عوامل طبيعية (فيزيائية) أو كيميائية أو ميكانيكية أو بيولوجية، أو بها جميعاً أو بعضا منها، بالإضافة إلى العوامل المتمثلة في جيولوجية المنطقة وطوبوغرافيتها، وأهم مظاهر التلف الناتجة عنها. \\\\ هذا وسوف تتناول هذه الدراسة الدراسات التاريخية والأثرية بالإضافة للوصف الأثري والمعماري لبيت الرفاعي. كما سوف تتناول الدراسة مقترح خطة علمية متكاملة لترميم والحفاظ على البيوت الأثرية يشترك في تنفيذها جميع الجهات المختصة والمعنية. \\\\ وفي هذا الإطار فإن الدراسة سوف تقترح بعض التوصيات والمقترحات للتغلب على تلك المعوقات وتسهم في حفظ تلك المباني وتخفيف ما تعانيه من إساءة وإهمال. | ||
| 520 | |f The archaeological houses constitute a large proportion of the remaining architectural heritage in the Jazan region in general and the Farsan Islands in particular, which reflects, with it's architectural design and various elements, the nature of an era in the history of the region. It also represents an important civilizational aspect dat must be taken care of and preserved. However, these archaeological house faces many dangers dat threaten, if not eliminated, vanishing of there significant part. The archaeological houses are being demolished and removed, and they also suffer from abandonment and misuse, which makes there situation worse day by day, in the absence of any prospect of serious and proper solutions to overcome those problems and eliminate the threats to which they are exposed. Therefore, dis study will examine the most important factors dat threaten the archaeological houses in Farsan Islands in general, and Beit Al-Rifai, in particular, whether these factors are natural (physical), chemical, mechanical or biological, or whole or some of them, in addition to the geology and topography of the region and the main manifestations of damage caused by it. dis study will cover historical and archaeological studies as well as the archaeological and architectural descriptions of Beit Al-Rifai. The study will also discuss a proposal for an integrated scientific plan for the restoration and preservation of archaeological houses, to be implemented by all competent and concerned authorities. Accordingly, the study will propose some recommendations and proposals to overcome these obstacles and contribute to the preservation of these buildings and to the elimination of misuse and neglect they suffer. \\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 \\n | ||
