| المستخلص: | Spinster in the light of the Islamic Shareea. The United Arab Emirates as a prototype. A comparative doctrinal research. This is a statistic doctrinal research deeply concerned with a phenomenon that has always affected the life of both young genders, males and females destroying their abilities in building uptheir communitiesdue to mind distraction.That`s why it is necessary to prove that the continuity of the nation lies in marriage legislation and motivating. Accordingly, the researcher made this study in which he firstly talked about the importance of marriage in the mankind survival and continuity. Afetr that, he mentioned the reason behind spinster explaining both doctrinal rules and the social view towards this phenomenon. The researcher also studied the factors of spinster in addition to the relation between spinster, doctrinal and legal respect. Then, he showed the disastrous effects of spinster on society defining the doctrinal rules related to the alternatives of legal marriage.The researcher ended with the outcomes of the studies and researches about this phenomenon that have been made in the UAE. Then, he explained how to fight spinster legally and doctrinally from his viewpoint. |
