| المستخلص: | This study comes under the title "The phenomenon of the spread of drugs among Libyan youth" causes and solutions. An exploratory study of the views of the students of the University of Sirte - Colleges of the District of Jufra in Libya, which has become one of the rings of the phenomenon of the widespread of drugs, which has become a global issue hit by negative impacts all countries of the world. Therefore, this phenomenon must be studied beyond the political and geographical borders internationally known, as well as dealing with it as an issue that require study, analysis, deepen in its aspects, and provide solutions to protect the generations of young people from this danger that devastates the communities. The study focused on the youth category because it represents the safety valve for the society, besides they are found in a wide range in terms of their geographical spread and their accessibility is an encouraging feature for drug promoters and dealers. The study was divided into three chapters. The first chapter contained the study methodology, which dealt with the problem of the study, its questions, importance, objectives as well as the approach used in it and the most important tools that were used to collect information from the field of study, in addition to the identification of the society and the sample of the study accurately. In the second chapter, the researcher addressed the theoretical frameworks for studying the social problems of youth and the most important related concepts, such as the concept of drugs and their types and the most important definitions of the men of law, psychologists and sociologists. Moreover, the researcher talked about the factors and causes of the widespread of drugs in Libya and the most important factors and reasons that push the Libyan youth to enter into this dark tunnel, besides addressing their damages to young people. Furthermore, the study focused on the size of the drug problem in the Arab world and its relation to globalization and the Arab revolutions, as well as the international efforts to combat drugs and the changes that have taken place in the drug issue. In the third chapter, the data were analyzed and the main findings of the study and the main recommendations were drawn.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تأتي هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان "ظاهرة انتشار المخدرات بين الشباب الليبي" الأسباب والحلول. دراسة استطلاعية لآراء طلاب جامعة سرت-كليات منطقة الجفرة بدولة ليبيا التي أصبحت حلقة من حلقات منظومة ظاهرة انتشار المخدرات التي أصبحت قضية عالمية تضرب بآثارها السالبة جميع دول العالم، لذا تستوجب دراستها النظر الي أبعد من الحدود السياسية والجغرافية المعروفة دولياً، والتعامل معها كقضية تتطلب الدراسة والتحليل والتعمق في جوانبها وتقديم الحلول حولها حفاظاً على أجيال من الشباب من هذا الخطر الذي يفتك بالمجتمعات. ركزت الدراسة على فئة الشباب لأنها تمثل صمام أمان المجتمع، كما أن فئة الشباب توجد في نطاق واسع من حيث الانتشار الجغرافي وتعتبر سهولة الوصول اليها ميزة مشجعة للمروجين وتجار المخدرات. تم تقسيم الدراسة لثلاث فصول. احتوى الفصل الأول علي منهجية الدراسة التي تناولت مشكلة الدراسة وتساؤلاتها وأهميتها وأهدافها فضلا عن المنهج المستخدم فيها وأهم الأدوات التي استخدمت لجمع المعلومات من ميدان الدراسة، فضلا عن تحديد مجتمع وعينة الدراسة بشكل دقيق وفي الفصل الثاني تناول الباحث الأطر النظرية الخاصة بدراسة المشكلات الاجتماعية للشباب وأهم المفاهيم ذات الصلة كمفهوم المخدرات وأنواعها وأهم التعريفات التي وردت عند القانونيين وعلماء النفس والاجتماع، كما تحدث الباحث عن عوامل وأسباب انتشار المخدرات في ليبيا وأهم العوامل والأسباب التي تدفع الشباب الليبي للدخول في هذا النفق المظلم مع تناول أضرارها على الشباب. كما ركزت الدراسة على حجم مشكلة المخدرات في الوطن العربي وعلاقة ذلك بالعولمة والثورات العربية فضلا عن الجهود الدولية لمكافحة المخدرات والمتغيرات التي طرأت على قضية المخدرات. وفي الفصل الثالث تم تحليل البيانات واستخلاص اهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة وأهم التوصيات. |
