| المستخلص: | إن تحقيق غايات التنمية المستدامة يشكل أحد أهم التحديات التي تواجه مختلف دول العالم ومنها الجزائر، خاصة ما تعلق منها بمعالجة الفقر والبطالة وتحسين مستو دخل الفرد ومن ثم تحسين مستوى معيشة الفرد ولتجسيد أبعاد التنمية المستدامة وأهدافها انتهجت الجزائر العديد من السياسات الاقتصادية والمالية تتعلق بتحسين مستوى النمو الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات، وتحسين الإطار المعيشي للفرد مع الاهتمام بالبعد البيئي وفق ما تقتضيه التنمية المستدامة من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول تسليط الضوء طي واقع التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خاصة في العشريتين الأخيرتين ودراسة التحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر في مجال التنمية المستدامة.\nتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم مؤثرات التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، لنصل في النهاية إلى نتيجة مفادها أن البرامج التنموية المعتمدة في الجزائر قد سمحت بتحقيق نمو اقتصادي ساهم إلى حد كبير في تحسين الوضعية الاجتماعية للبلاد رغم النقائص المسجلة Achieving the goals of sustainable development constitutes one of the most important challenges facing various countries of the world, including Algeria, especially those related to addressing poverty and unemployment, improving the level of per capita income and thus improving the standard of living of the individual and to reflect the dimensions and objectives of sustainable development, Algeria has adopted many economic and financial policies related to improving the level of economic growth outside the fuel sector and Improving the living framework of the individual while paying attention to the environmental dimension as required by sustainable development. Through this paper, we try to shed light on the reality of sustainable development in Algeria, especially in the last two years, and to study the challenges faced by Algeria in the field of sustainable development.\nThis study aims to highlight the most important effects of sustainable development in Algeria, and finally to conclude that the development programs adopted in Algeria have enabled economic growth that has contributed significantly to the improvement of the social situation of the country despite the shortcomings recorded.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
