| المستخلص: | يتجه هذا البحث إلى أحد أبرز أنواع الخطاب غير الأدبي. وهو الخطاب الإداري –المكاتبات نموذجاً، من خلال دراسة معالم بناء الجملة في هذا النوع من الكتابة، وأبرز جوانب البلاغة المؤثرة في هذا البناء. وكان البحث في ثلاثة أجزاء، تطرّق أولها لمتطلبات بناء الجملة في هذا الخطاب. وتطرّق هذا الجزء للدقة الدلالية والوضوح. وكان الجزء الثاني من البحث عن التأثيرات الدلالية لعناصر بناء الجملة. وتضمن مباحث هي الاسمية والفعلية، والتقديم، والحذف، والتعريف (بأل وبالموصول)، والصفة، أما الجزء الثالث من البحث فاختص بدراسة الجمل الجاهزة، متناولاً أهميتها وأنواعها وخطورتها. أرجو أن أكون قد نجحت في تقديم إضاءة في مجال الدرس اللغوي للخطاب الإداري تفتح آفاقا للدراسين، والله الموفق. This research is concerned with one of the most prominent types of non-literary discourse which is administrative discourse (correspondence as an example), by studying features of sentence structure in this type of writing, and the most prominent aspects of rhetoric that influence its structure. The research is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the requirements of sentence structure in this discourse, as well as semantic accuracy and clarity. The second is about semantic influences of sentence structure elements; including nominal clause, verbal clause, preposing, ellipsis, definite articles (the, and relative pronouns) and adjectives. The third part of the research studies ready-made sentences, addressing their importance, types and sensitivity. The researcher hopes that this study will contribute to enrich the linguistic and rhetorical aspects of administrative discourse that would open horizons for learners. |
