| المستخلص: | يشهد عالم اليوم العديد من التغييرات والتطورات في مجال العلاقات بين أفراد المجتمع من جانب والعلاقة بينهم وبين سلطة الدولة من جانب آخر بما يتطلب من الحقوق والواجبات لكل منهم. فالفرد يعد "مواطن" في بلده يمتلك كامل الحقوق، في الوقت الذي عليه من الواجبات التي يجب أن يؤديها بأفضل صورة وفاعلية واقتدار. من هنا بدأ التوجه نحو غرس قيم المواطنة بين أفراد المجتمع كونها تتضمن العديد من القيم والمهارات والاتجاهات والممارسات التي تعزز الجانب المدني لدى أفراد المجتمع، سعيا إلى تكوين مواطنين فاعلين صالحين يقومون بأدوارهم على أكمل وجه وصولا إلى الرقي بمجتمعهم وبلدهم. من هنا تستهدف الورقة الحالية التعرف على كيفية توظيف مدخل إدارة المعرفة لتفعيل دور مديري مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في تنمية قيم المواطنة سلطنة عمان، وتسعين الورقة بمنهج البحث الوصفي بأسلوبه المكتبي من خلال تحليل الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة وصولا لعدد من النتائج في ضوء أهداف الورقة. لذلك سوف يقوم الباحث بإلقاء الضوء على مفهوم القيمة ومضمونها التربوي، وكذلك مفهوم المواطنة والخصائص العامة لقيمة الولاء والانتماء للوطن ومضمونها التربوي، كما توضح الورقة أسلوب إدارة المعرفة من خلال تحليل المفهوم والعناصر والخصائص، وصولا إلى أسالب توظيفها لتصبح مكون جوهري لنجاح مديري مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في تنمية قيم المواطنة بسلطنة عمان، بما تمتلكه من القدرة علي المساهمة في إيجاد وتطوير الممارسات الإدارية وتطوير رؤية مستقبلية تعبر عن الأهداف التي يريد مديري المدارس تحقيقها لتنمية قيم المواطنة، هذا إلى جانب كونها القوة البيئية ذات التأثير العالي التي تعمل على بقاء واستمرار الأصلح من القيادات الإدارية. وبالتالي تطرح الورقة أسلوب إدارة المعرفة من حيث متطلبات إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسات التعليم العام، والمراحل والاستراتيجيات التي يتضمنها الأسلوب العلمي لإدارة المعرفة، وتبين الورقة الفوائد والمزايا التي يمكن أن تتحقق في سبيل تفعيل دور مديري مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في تنمية قيم المواطنة من خلال تبني أسلوب إدارة المعرفة، وتختتم الورقة بمستخلصات عامة ثم بتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات في هذا الشأن. وقد أوصت الورقة الحالية بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: الاهتمام بتطبيق إدارة المعرفة بمؤسسات التعليم ما بعد الأساسي بسلطنة عمان؛ نظرا لدورها الكبير في تنمية المهارات الإدارية، وإكساب المديرين مواصفات وخصائص القائمين على المعرفة لتحقيق فاعلية دور المعرفة في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب، وضرورة تعميق وعي مديري مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي بسلطنة عمان بالتحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق إدارة المعرفة مما يساعد على إيجاد البدائل والحلول بصورة مطردة، وأخيرا الاهتمام بالتربية من أجل المواطنة التي أصبحت ضرورة لأنها تساعد على فهم المواطنة. Today's world is witnessing many changes and developments in the field of relations between the members of the community on the part of the relationship between them and the authority of the state, including the other hand requires the rights and duties of each of them. The individual is a "citizen" in his country has full rights, at the time of the duties that should be performed by the best image, effectiveness and professionalism. From here began to go about instilling the values of citizenship among members of the community being include many of the values, skills, attitudes and practices that enhance the civil side with members of the community, in an effort to form active good citizens doing their roles to the fullest and down to the advancement of their community and their country. So, the purpose of this paper is to manipulate the knowledge management entrance to activate the role of the schools managers beyond the basic to the development of the values of citizenship in the Sultanate of Oman, and utilize paper approach Find descriptive desktop style through the literature and previous studies analysis and access to a number of results in the light of the paper targets. So will the researcher to shed light on the concept of value and content of education, as well as the concept of citizenship and public properties to the value of loyalty and belonging to the homeland and content of education, as the paper describes the knowledge management style through the concept and elements and characteristics of the analysis, all the way to employ methods to become a fundamental component to the success of the schools managers post Basic to the development of the values of citizenship in the Sultanate of Oman, the holdings of the ability to contribute to finding and developing management practices and the development of a future vision reflects the goals that school principals wants to achieve for the development of the values of citizenship, along with being a high-impact environmental power that works on the survival and the continuation of the fittest of administrative leadership. And thus put the paper knowledge management style in terms of knowledge management in the public education nstitutions, and the stages and strategies contained in the scientific method for knowledge management requirements, and show the paper benefits and advantages that can be achieved in order to activate the role of schools managers beyond the basic to the development of the values of citizenship through adoption Knowledge management style. The paper ends with some conclusions and offers some useful recommendations and suggestions in this respect. |
