| المستخلص: | إن علوم البيان هي سر اللغة العربية، وأداة الوقوف على فهم كتاب الله، والغور في دقائق آياته، وحكم أحكامه، ومن لا معرفة له بهذه العلوم لا بجدر به أن يخوض في تفسير نصوصه، واستخلاص أحكامه، وحكمه، وإن أهم مبادئ علم البيان ودعائمه هو: التشبيه. ونظراء لارتباطه الوطيد بالقياس الأصولي الذي هو مناط الاجتهاد، وأصل الرأي، آثرت أن أتناول في هذه الدراسة: (أوجه التشابك بين القياس الأصولي والتشبيه البياني) دراسة مقارنة بين المنهجين، تبين أوجه التشابه والتشابك بينهما، لأن مباحث التشبيه والقياس مع كثرة البحث والتأليف فيها لا زالت بكرا في طرحها، وعرضها عرضا مقارنا بين منهج (البيانيين) ومنهج (الأصوليين) وذلك من خلال أركان التشبيه وأغراضه وأنواع القياس وشروطه من خلال الشواهد التشبيهية والقياسية. وستوضح هذه الدراسة، أن القياس في الحقيقة داخل في إطار التشبيه كما وأن بعض التشبيه يمكن أن يعتبر من مقولة القياس، فقد جعل القرآن التشبيه والتمثيل أسلوبا من أساليب القياس وطريقة في إثبات الأحكام الشرعية، وأن القياس الوارد على طريقة التشبيه في القرآن الكريم والقياس عند الأصولين متماثلان من حيث المعنى والحقيقة، وهذا ما جعل أعلام الأصول ورواد البلاغة يسوون بينهما عند تعريفهما، إلا أن هذا النوع من التشبيه -أي استعماله لإثبات الحقائق والذي يلتقي فيه مع القياس الأصولي مع ما له من الأهمية في البحث عن الأساليب البيانية في كلام الله سبحانه وتعال، لم يحظ بالعناية اللازمة، من علماء البلاغة ولم يعيروه اهتماما لائقا أو تغافلوا عنه، ولعل السبب في ذلك أن البيانين صرفوا جل اهتماماتهم إلى الكشف عن بدائع التشبيهات الجمالية دون البرهانية. وإن حقيقة القياس والتشبيه كلاهما: إلحاق النظير بالنظير والتسوية بينهما في الحكم لعلة جامعة بينهما، وإن كانا يفترقان من حيث الموضوع أو المتعلق، لورود القياس التشبيهي في الأحكام الشرعية وغيرها، أما القياس الأصولي فيخص اصطلاح المتشرعين.
