| 520 | |b It is known that the economic activity precedes the economic theory, and the method of the index numbers are not an exception where the matter was required hundreds of years in order to accumulate a sufficient experience to form the necessary rules to structure the index numbers to meet the economic needs. The theoretical part of the study aimed to display a summary of the history of the index numbers appearance and the different stages of their development . It also showed the different types of the index numbers and their characteristics, and indicated to the different defects of the index numbers and the important problems which encounter the researcher when using the index numbers. The practical part of the study aimed to analyze the economic content of the index numbers indicators, and using their structure as a means for the analysis according to the factors. The study has used the a descriptive-analytic approach to review the historical development of the index numbers, and the different stages of their development, as well as the different types of the index numbers and their characteristics. The study has used the quantitative approach to analyze the economic content of the index numbers indicators, and to analyze the index numbers structure according to the factors by using the Correlation and the auto-correlation techniques .Finally, the study has offered some important findings and recommendations which we hope to be useful for specialists and for those who are interested in this field. | ||
| 520 | |a كما هو معروف بأن النشاط الاقتصادي يسبق النظرية الاقتصادية، وطريقة الأرقام القياسية ليست استثناء، حيث تطلب الأمر مئات السنيين لكي تتراكم الخبرة الكافية من أجل صياغة القواعد الضرورية لتركيب الأرقام القياسية لتلبية الاحتياجات الاقتصادية. وهدف البحث في الجانب النظري إلى استعراض موجز لتاريخ ظهور الأرقام القياسية ومراحل تطورها المختلفة، وكذا أنواع الأرقام القياسية وخصائصها، مع أظهار عيوب الأرقام القياسية المختلفة وأيضا أهم المشاكل التي تواجه الباحث عند استخدام الأرقام القياسية. وفي الجانب التطبيقي هدف البحث إلى تحليل المحتوى الاقتصادي لمؤشرات الأرقام القياسية واستخدام تركيب الأرقام القياسية كوسيلة للتحليل حسب العوامل. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستعراض التطور التاريخي للأرقام القياسية ومراحل تطورها وكذا أنواع الأرقام القياسية وخصائصها. كما يعتمد المنهج الكمي لتحليل المحتوى الاقتصادي لمؤشرات الأرقام القياسية وتحليل تركيب الأرقام القياسية حسب العوامل، وذلك باستخدام الأسلوب الارتباطي والأسلوب الانعزالي. ومن ثم توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات الهامة التي نأمل أن تكون مفيدة للمختصين والمهتمين بهذا المجال. | ||
