| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مستويات أبعاد التفوق التنافسي والمتمثلة بالكلفة والجودة والمرونة والتسليم والإبداع من خلال معرفة طبيعة الارتباط والأثر بين أنماط القيادة الاستراتيجية المتمثلة بالقيادة التبادلية والتحويلية والريادية وبين هذه الأبعاد وذلك من خلال الاختبار الميداني لمتغيرات البحث والمستند على إطار نظري ومنهجي، ولأجل الوصول إلى أهداف البحث، فقد تم تصميم استمارة استبيان أعدت لهذا الغرض بعد عرضها على بعض المتهمين والاختصاصين لإضفاء صفة الثبات والصدق، ووزعت على رؤساء الأقسام وبلغ عددهم (63) رئيسا في كافة كليات جامعة صلاح الدين وذلك لتحقق من الفرضيات التي تم اعتمادها في البحث. توصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير معنوي موجب بين أنماط القيادة الاستراتيجية وأبعاد التفوق التنافسي، وتم وضع عدة توصيات ذات علاقة بالجانب التطبيقي ومن أهمها السعر نحو تبني النمط القيادي الريادي من قبل رؤساء الأقسام في الكليات المبحوثة لما له الأثر الكبير في تحقيق أبعاد التفوق التنافسي ولا سيما بعدي الجودة والإبداع. | ||
