| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث لبيان نوع من أهم طرق تحمل الحديث وأدائه ألا وهي" الإجازة" وهي كما لا يخفى على ذي بصيرة وبصر: دوام ما قد روي وذكر، وبقاء ما قد كتب ونثر، فهي انساب الكتب ، ولولاها لقال من شاء ما شاء لذا كان ينبغي التعويل عليها ، من غير شك في صحتها، لذا سطر من خلال هذا البحث وعرض من خلاله معنى الإجازة وأصلها وأركانها ثم بين حكم جواز الرواية بها وذكرت فوائدها بعد تدوين كتب السنة وغيرها، وبين ما جاء في فضلها والرد على من أنكرها، ثم ذكر أنواعها الثمانية وشرح كل نوع منها تبعاً لما جاء في ألفية الحديث للإمام السيوطي، وقصد من هذا العرض، المحافظة علي خصيصة هذه الأمة في الأسانيد والمحاذرة من انقطاع سلسلتها وليس المقصود بالسند فقط إثبات الحديث المروي وتصحيحه بل المقصود بقاء سلسلة الإسناد المخصوص بهذه الأمة فيما نعلم، ليصير الحديث مسلسلاً بـ " حدثنا" أو بـ " أخبرنا " وتبقي هذه الكرامة التي اختصت بها هذه الأمة إلى يوم القيامة شرفا لنبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم. The aim of this research is to explain one of the most important methods of 'Hadeeth' performance : that is the approval of its narration. It simply means the continuity and the existence of the narrated and recorded 'Hadeeth' through the basic and original 'Hadeeth, books. Without these books any one can say whatever he likes and consider it as 'Hadeeth' Therefore, these books should be reliable and without any doubt in their correctness. The researcher has explained and presented through this research, the meaning, origin, pillars, then the approval of narration and its usefulness after the documentation by the 'Sunnah' books and the other books .The researcher also has explained its merit and refuted the ideas of those who deny it. The research explained the eight types of 'Hadeeth' approval and explained every type according to 'Alfiyat Alhadeeth' by Alimam Alsayouti. Through such research we can preserve the specialty of this Umma (the Islamic Nation) in the 'Asaneed' against the interruption of its chain. What is meant by 'Sanad' is not only the proof of the narrated Hadeeth and its correctness, but the continuity of the 'Asnad' chain. So that the 'Hadeeth' should be started by " we told by" or " we informed by One of the a characteristics of this 'Umma' continues till the Judgment Day to honour our Prophet (Allah s Peace and Blessings be Upon Him) |
