| المستخلص: | تتعدد طرق حساب التكاليف الحديثة وتختلف من حيث طريقة استخدامها ولكنها تسعى في مجملها لتحقيق هدف رئيسي وهو تخفيض التكاليف الخاصة بالمنتوج من خلال استراتيجية قيادة التكلفة وتطوير منتجاتها، فطريقة التكلفة المستهدفة تساهم بدورها في تقديم فرصة للمؤسسة من أجل التحكم في الأسعار من جهة والحفاظ على عملائها والبقاء في السوق من جهة ثانية، الأمر الذي يساهم في خلق تنافسية وميزة تنافسية للمؤسسة والسعي إلى تحقيق الريادة وتحقيق الهدف التي أنشأت من أجله L’objectif de présent article est de mettre sous l’éclairage les méthodes modernes de calcul des coûts qui ont connus une diversification constante en fonction de leur objectif issu de la détermination de ces coûts. Néanmoins ils ont pour but ç atteindre un objectif commun est de réduire les coûts relatifs aux produits fini. La méthode des coûts ciblés offre une contribution importante au fin de la maîtrise des prix d’une part ainsi que la préservation de sa clientèle et sa part du marché d’une autre part, ce qui permet l’octroi d’un avantage concurrentiel au profit de l’entreprise en vue d’atteindre le leadership et l’objectif de sa création. Modern cost calculation methods vary in terms of how they are used, but they strive to achieve the main objective of reducing the cost of the product through the cost leadership strategy and developing its products.
