| المستخلص: | يتمحور الهدف من هذه الدراسة حول معرفة درجة تجانس البرامج الحكومية المتبعة بعد تبني الجزائر خيار اقتصاد السوق كبديل للاقتصاد الموجه، وما رافق هذا التحول من إصلاحات اقتصادية مست جميع جوانب النشاطات الاقتصادية بمختلف القطاعات الاجتماعية، سواء تلك الإصلاحات التي كانت بإرادة الدولة أو التي جاءت في إطار الاتفاقيات المبرمة مع صندوق النقد الدولي والبنك العالمي. كما تعتمد هذه الدراسة على تحليل تطور النفقات المخصصة للقطاعات الاجتماعية، واشتملت هذه الدراسة على جانبين أساسيين: الأول يتمثل في الإطار النظري للنفقات الاجتماعية، أما الثاني فهو عبارة عن دراسة تحليلية لتطور النفقات الاجتماعية بأشكالها المختلفة خلال العقدين الأخيرين، توصلنا من خلالها لمجموعة هامة من النتائج. Le but de cette étude est de vérifier le degré d'homogénéité des programmes gouvernementaux mis en place après l'adoption par l'Algérie d’une économie de marché comme alternative à une économie dirigée, ainsi que l’accompagnement de cette mutation par des réformes économiques initiées par la volonté de l’état ou celles découlant d’accords conclus avec le Fonds monétaire international ou la Banque mondiale et ayant touché des aspects divers des activités économiques dans divers secteurs. \nEn outre, cette étude est basée sur une analyse de l’évolution des dépenses sociales, et inclue deux aspects essentiels: le premier est le cadre théorique lié aux dépenses sociales, tandis que le second consiste en une étude analytique de l'évolution des dépenses sociales qui a abouti, a un certain nombre de résultats. The objective of this study is to determine the degree of homogeneity of government programs following Algeria's adoption of the option of a market economy as an alternative to a managed economy.
