| 520 | |a تعتبر مفردات اللغة في ميدان الطب كمفردات علمية وتقنية. غالبا ما يعجز المرضى عن التعبير عن آلامهم ومعاناتهم أمام الأطباء بما أنهم غير متمكنين من معرفة هذه المفردات وبذلك لا يستطيعون مساعدة الطبيب في تشخيص مرضهم. أمام هذه الصعوبة، يعبر المريض عن الامه مستخدما كلمات تنتمي إلى اللغة العادية (العامة). نرى، على سبيل المثال، إن المريض الذي يعاني من "الالم الشرسوفي" يلقي عليه اسم: "الكرة" أما مرض "الكدمة" فيشير إليه "باللون الأزرق" الذي ينتج عن هذا الداء. نتيجة لذلك نلاحظ أن هناك خلق (اختراع) عبارات جديدة من حيث دلالتها والتي سوف تدرس في هذا المقال. نتناول في بدايته خصوصيات المفردات الطبية ثم نشرع في دراسة كيفية خلق كلمات جديدة يستعملها المرضى واخيرا نحدد هذه الكلمات من أجل دراستها وتحليلها. | ||
| 520 | |b The medical vocabulary is scientific and technical. Patients, often not initiated, have difficulty to express their pains and sufferings in front of Doctors in order to help them to establish diagnosis. Faced with this difficulty, patients use the words of the general (everyday) language to express themselves. For instance they use the word ball instead of epigastralgia, or blue (bruise) instead of ecchymosis. We note, through this phenomenon, the creation of semantic neologisms that we try to study in this article. We begin by evoking the specificities of the medical vocabulary, then the creation of the neologisms by the patients, and finally their location and their analysis | ||
| 520 | |d Le vocabulaire médical est scientifique et technique. Les patients souvent non initiés, ont du mal à exprimer leurs douleurs et leurs souffrances devant les médecins afin de les aider à établir des diagnostics. Devant cette difficulté, les patients emploient les mots de la langue générale pour s’exprimer. Par exemple, ils utilisent le mot boule à la place d' épigastralgie ou bleu au lieu de ecchymose. Nous constatons, à travers ce phénomène, la création de néologismes sémantiques que nous essayerons d’étudier dans cet article. Nous commençons par évoquer les spécificités du vocabulaire médical, puis la création des néologismes par les patients, et enfin leur repérage et leur analyse. | ||
