| المستخلص: | \tهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إلقاء الضوء على ظاهرة الإدمان على المخدرات وتشريحها نفسيا ومعرفيا كظاهرة وآفة اجتماعية خطيرة تعاني منها دول العالم بأكمله على اختلاف أنظمتها السياسية و توجهاتها الإجتماعية و الإقتصادية، فلم تقتصر اثارها على الفرد المدمن فحسب بل تجاوزتها إلى المجتمع و مختلف مؤسساته، ومن أوضح الأدلة على تعقد مشكلات الإدمان ارتفاع نسبة انتشار الإضطرابات الطبية والنفسية والإجتماعية نتيجة تعاطي المخدرات، وقد أصبح من الضروري في الوقت الراهن الحديث عن مساهمات علاجية للتكفل بالمدمن بدل التركيز على الإدمان، والتعامل مع الأسباب الأساسية الدافعة للتمسك بالمخدرات و التي ترجع أساسا إلى الأفكار و التصورات و الإدراكات الذاتية الخاطئة التي يتبناها المدمن كنظام للتفكير ناتج عن بناء معرفي خاطئ ومشوه و منحرف، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنسلط الضوء على مدى تأثير العوامل المعرفية واستراتيجيات التفكير الخاطئ في توليد أفكار خاطئة و لاعقلانية لدى المدمن على المخدرات تدفعه للتمسك بالسلوك الإدماني The current study aimed to shed light upon the phenomenon of drug addiction and its psychological and cognitive dissection, and the serious social affliction which the counties of the world as a whole suffer, regardless of the different political systems, social and economic trends. That is because its effects are not limited to the addicted individual alone, but rather extend to the society and its different institutions. One of clearest examples of the complexity of the problems of addiction is the proportionate rise in the spread of medical, psychological and social disorders as a result of taking drugs. It has become necessary in the present time to discuss the treatment contributions to care for the addict instead of focusing upon the addiction, and to deal with the underlying causes that drive the attachment to drugs and which fundamentally return to the very incorrect thoughts, perceptions and understandings adopted by the addict as a system of thinking resulting from an incorrect, distorted and deviant cognitive construct. Through this research paper we will shed light upon the extent of the impact of the cognitive and strategic factors of the wrong thinking in respect to generating incorrect and nonsensible thoughts within the drug addict which push him to hold fast to addiction behavior. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
