| المستخلص: | فلقد أكرمنا الله سبحانه وتعالى وامتن علينا بنعم كثيرة ووفيرة، ومن الصعب إحصاء هذه النعم. إلا أن من هذه النعم ما يأتي فجأة، وتكون لها وقع عظيم في النفس، ومنها ما يأتي بعد شوق وانتظار، يحتار المؤمن فيردة الفعل، ولا أعظم من أن تكون بأمر مشروع فعله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم شكرا وامتنانا ألا وهو (سجود الشكر)، وهذا سيكون موضوع البحث وقد اشتمل البحث على تمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة. وقد ذكرت في التمهيد تعريف السجود لغة واصطلاحاً، وأعضاء السجود، والمبحث الأول في مشروعية سجود الشكر، وتعريفه، وحكمه، والمبحث الثاني في صفة سجود الشكر وقضائها، حكم السجود على الراحلة، أما الخاتمة فما جاء فيها: ٠١ ما يضعه المصلي تحت جبهته، لاتقاء الحر أو الراب الخشن لا يعتبر حائلاً بينه وبين الأرض، وكذا السترة التي تصلي فيها المرأة. ٠٢ شكر الله سبب من أسباب حفظ النعمة، وهو دليل على سمو النفس. ٠٣ يشرع سجود الشكر عند تجدد النعم، واندفاع النقم، ولا يشرع للأمور المستمرة. ٤. من سجد لله شكراً في صلاته، تبطل صلاته إن كان عالماً، أما إن كان جاهلاً أو ناسياً فلا تبطل. ٥. الراجح والله أعلم استحباب سجدة الشكر عند تجدد النعم. 6. الراجح والله أعلم أن لسجود الشكر تكبيرتان أحداهما للهوي، والأخرى للرفع، وليس فيها تكبيراً-تكبيراً الإحرام-أو سلاماً. ٠٧ يشرع قضاء سجدة الشكر ما لم يطل الفصل. Graces, which are hard to count. Some of these graces come suddenly and have a great impact on our soul, however: some of them come after longing and patience, in which we do not know how to react to them due to our feeling of happiness. When this happens, nothing is better to do than what our prophet Mohammad advised us to do “Thankfulness Prostration”, which is the topic of my research that includes an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I mentioned the full definition of prostration and the body parts of it. In the first section I mentioned the legality of Thankfulness Prostration, and in the second section I mentioned the Thankfulness Prostration directions and how to make up for it. Finally, the conclusion that includes the following: 1. The women’s Vail or anything that the worshippers put under the forehead to avoid a hot weather or a rough surface is not a barrier between them and the floor. 2. One of the reasons that Allah keeps the graces you have is to thank him all the time. 3. Thankfulness Prostration is legislated when new graces, or rush of curses happens, but it is not legislated for the continuous things. 4. If someone did the thankfulness prostration in his prayer consciously, that prayer is not accepted. However, if they did it unconsciously, the prayer is accepted. 5. Thankfulness Prostration is desirable in the occurrence of new graces. 6. Thankfulness Prostration has two Takbirat which is what the worshippers say whenever moving from one position to another during the prayer. First Takbir is when you move your body down to prostrate and the other when you are up from that position. However this prostration has no opening takbir nor ending 7. The make up for thankfulness prostration is legislated as long as it is in the same period. |
