| المستخلص: | \n\nهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية نموذج مقترح لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة بمنظمات التعليم العالي الخاصة المصرية في إطار منهج منظم. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إعداد قوائم استقصائية لجمع البيانات الأولية من مفردات عينة البحث وإجراء المقابلات الشخصية. وتألفت عينة البحث من 400 مسؤولا من المسؤولين بمنظمات التعليم العالي. وأسفرت النتائج عن انخفاض مستوى اهتمام الجامعات الخاصة بالبحوث والدراسات التي تتعلق ببيئة العمل التعليمية بهذه الجامعات ويظهر ذلك في عدم ربط برامج البحث العلمي والدراسات العلمية بمشكلات البيئة والمجتمع، وعدم وجود علاقة بين هذه الجامعات الخاصة ومنظمات الأعمال في سوق العمل، وكذلك عدم تشجيع الطلاب على القيام بإعداد بحوث ودراسات علمية مبتكرة. كما لا يوجد قصور في الموارد المتاحة داخل الجامعات الخاصة سواء موارد إدارية أو موارد مالية أو موارد بشرية أو موارد مادية أو تكنولوجية وبالرغم من ذلك تعاني الكثير من الجامعات الخاصة من نقص هذه الموارد التي يترتب عليها وجود قصور في أداء الأنشطة التي تتعلق بالعملية التعليمية داخل هذه الجامعات الخاصة. وأوصي البحث بضرورة زيادة وتحسين مستوى جودة الخريجين وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل، وذلك في ضوء عصر المعرفة الذي نعيش فيه، ولكي يمكن تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة بالجامعات الخاصة بصورة فعالة يجب على الإدارة العليا أن تأخذ في اعتبارها مجموعة من المتغيرات عند قيامها بتطبيق النموذج المقترح لأسلوب إدارة المعرفة بصورة فعالة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \nThe aim of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of a proposed model for the application of knowledge management of the Egyptian private higher education organizations, within the framework of a structured approach. The research used the descriptive analytical approach. The research tool was the preparation of surveillance lists to collect the primary data from the items of the research sample and interviews. The sample of the research consisted of 400 officials from the higher education organizations. The results have led to a decrease in the level of interest of universities in the research and studies related to the educational work environment in these universities. This is reflected in the lack of linking the scientific research programs and the scientific studies to the problems of the environment and society, and the absence of a link between these private universities and the business organizations in the labor market, as well as discouraging students to undertake the preparation of innovative scientific research and studies. There are also no shortage in the resources available within the private universities, whether administrative resources, financial resources, human resources, material or technological resources. However, many private universities suffer from a shortage of resources that cause a lack of performance of activities that are related to the educational process within these private universities. The study recommended the need to increase and improve the quality of graduates and meet the needs of the labor market, in light of the age of knowledge in which we live. In order to apply the introduction of knowledge management in private universities effectively, senior management should take into account a range of variables when implementing the proposed model for the method of the effective knowledge management.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
