| 520 | |a يمثل النزوح الداخلي هاجسا يتصدر اهتمام الجميع في وقتنا الراهن لما يطرحه من تحديات لها تأثير كبير على كفاءة مخرجات التعليم العالي. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على النظام التعليمي وفلسفته وعناصره وأنماطه، وتوضيح ظاهرة النزوح الداخلي ومسبباتها وآثارها الاجتماعية، مع تسليط الضوء على ما تسببه من تأثير جلي على المنظومة التعليمية وإجراء استطلاع لواقع النزوح، والخروج بالاستنتاجات والتوصيات على وفق الإجابة على التساؤلات التي تضمنتها مشكلة البحث، ومن ثم إعادة النظر في التخطيط المستقبلي ضمن نطاق منظومة التعليم العالي بالاعتماد على البيانات والمعلومات التي تم جمعها من كل من الدراسات المكتبية والدراسات الميدانية السابقة وأيضا من الإحصاءات عن طريق إعداد استبيان تألف من جزأين يمثل الجزء الأول المعلومات العامة لأفراد عينة البحث، أما الجزء الثاني فيتكون من محورين رئيسين انتظمت تحتهما (8) فقرات لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية للطلبة النازحين إلى كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد الجامعة المستنصرية ولجميع المراحل للدراسة الأولية وبحجم عينة (60) طالبا وطالبة وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي SAS- Statistical Analysis System SAS (2012) في تحليل البيانات لدراسة تأثير العوامل المختلفة، وقورنت الفروق المعنوية بين النسب المئوية باستعمال اختبار مربع كاي (Chi-square- x2) كما استعمل اختبار T للمفاضلة بين المتغيرات، كذلك فقد حللت النتائج إحصائيا باستعمال مربع كاي Qi-square(x2) ، وقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات من أبرزها الافتقار لوجود قاعدة بيانات رصينة يمكن عن طريقها الكشف عن العدد الحقيقي للنازحين الداخليين من أساتذة تدريسين وطلبة، مما يؤدي إلى عدم الاحتفاظ بإحصائية حقيقة وكاملة يمكن الرجوع إليها عند التخطيط للمستقبل، كما تم عرض حزمة من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة تشكيل لجنة مختصة تتبني آلية واضحة لتقويم ومراقبة العملية التعليمية في ظل النزوح الداخلي لقياس مدى جودة وفعالية مخرجات المنظومة التعليمية والحكم على كفاءتها. | ||
| 520 | |b Internal immigration is a concern tops everyone’s attention at the present time, including posed challenges have a significant impact on the efficiency of outputs of higher education .The research aims to identify the educational system and philosophy, elements and patterns, and to clarify the phenomenon of internal displacement and its causes and social impact, with the highlight of what caused the apparent impact on the educational system with conducting a survey of the reality of displacement and then go out the conclusions and recommendations in accordance with the answer to the questions contained in the research problem , and then reconsidered in future planning within the higher education system, depending on the data and information collected from each of the office the previous field studies and also from the statistics by preparing a questionnaire consisted of two parts represent the first part of public information for members of the research sample, Part the second consists of two main axes are arranged below them (8) paragraphs to collect data from a random sample of students displaced to the College of Management and Economics / Mustansiriya University and all stages of the preliminary study and the size of the sample (60) students, and in the light that has been collecting and analyzing data and test hypotheses using statistical program Statistical Analysis System -SAS (2012) in the data to study the effect of different factors analysis, and compared the moral differences between the percentages using chi square test (Chi-square -*2) also used the test T for a trade-off between the variables, as well as it has analyzed the results statistically using Chi- square (X2 ) Qi-square, It has been reached a number of conclusions from the most prominent of the lack of a solid data from which to disclose the actual number of internal displaced teachers of professors and students of the base, which affects the failure to keep true and complete statistic can refer to when planning for the future, Was also presented a package of recommendations include the need to form an ad hoc committee to adopt a clear mechanism to evaluate and monitor the educational process in light of internal displacement to measure the quality and effectiveness of the educational system outputs and judged on their efficiency. | ||
