| المستخلص: | البحث الحالي يختص بقياس وتقييم طلبة الجامعة (لصورة شخصية الأستاذ الجامعي). باعتباره العنصر الذي يقوم بدور أساسي في تنفيذ خطط المؤسسة التعليمية وتحقيق أهدافها، واكتساب الخبرات المعرفية والعلمية التخصصية مهنيا وتربويا، فضلا عن إكساب الطلاب أنماط التفكير المعرفي إزاء المشكلات ومتطلبات حلها، وتتجه الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة: \ س1- هل توجد فروق في متوسط قياس خصائص تقويم الطلبة لجاذبية شخصية الأستاذ الجامعي، تبعا للجنس والتخصص. \ س2- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة على السمات والخصائص تبعا للمستوى العلمي. وقد تألفت العينة الدراسة من (174) طالبا وطالبة من كلية التربية (صبر) جامعة عدن. للعام الدراسي (2008- 2009م) وتضمنت (33) عبارة أو خاصية، بعد التطبيق على العينة ليتحقق فيها الصدق والثبات مقداره (96) مرتفع، وأظهرت النتائج درجة مستوى عال ومتوسط، وبلغ متوسط تقييم أفراد العينة (93) كما أظهرت الإحصائيات عدم التباين لمتوسطات تقييمات الطلبة. والمحددة في جداول المناقشة للنتائج. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج إيجابية ومن أهمها درجة الثبات والصدق لمجالات الدراسة الأربعة، وتشير النتائج المحققة للدراسة، أنها حصلت على نسبة عالية ومتوسطة، ولكنها لا ترقى إلى مصاف الجودة والمستوى الأكاديمي وفقا لمقاييس الجودة العالمية، وأظهرت النتائج الإحصائية، الانسجام والتقارب لاستجابات الذكور والإناث لتقييم خاصية الأستاذ الجامعي، التي يمكن أن تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص والمستوى العلمي، ومن منطلق تقييم موضوع الشخصية ويقصد به أنه هدف نهائي، وهو التعرف على الإنسان، وتشترك فيه كل نظريات الشخصية، (الشماع، 1997- 83) وأن عدد من الفقرات حازت على أعلى معدل في التقييم، تميز بقوة حصولها على أعلى معدل من إجابات الطلبة، وهي (9) فقرات حيث كان أعلى تقدير متوسط بلغ (4.30)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.998) وادنى تقدير بلغ متوسطه الحسابي، (3.61) وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.861). \ وقد شملت الدراسة (الأهداف، والأهمية، والفرضيات، والعينات، والأدوات، والنتائج، وشملت الدراسة ثلاثة أهداف كما هي موضحة في الدراسة، وتألفت أهمية الدراسة من أربعة عناصر تمثله بالسعي للحصول على قاعدة بيانات للمعلومات المتعلقة بالخصائص السيكولوجية لشخصية الأستاذ الجامعي وما تسفر عنه هذه الدراسة من نتائج مفيدة، وأهمية هذا النوع من الدراسة وارتباط ذلك بالوظيفة الأكاديمية، ومهنية التعليم والتعلم.، كما تضمن البحث (فرضيات الدراسة) وتكونت من ثلاث فرضيات) فضلا عن (الأداة الأساسية) وهي (قائمة الاستبيان) المنزلة على عينة الدراسة "الطلبة". (الاستنتاجات- التوصيات- المقترحات). The current study is concerned with the students’ measuring and evaluating the psychological attraction features of the university lecturer’s personality, as he/she is considered as a main factor in implementing and achieving the educational institute’s plans and its goals as well as acquiring specialized and scientific knowledge and experience. Moreover, the lecturer is responsible for the students’ acquisition of a cognitive type of thinking towards the problems and their required solutions. The present study attempts: \ 1-\ To achieve an average measurement degree of the students’ evaluation of the psychological attraction features of the university lecturer’s personality. \ 2-\ To control measuring the psychological attraction features of the four scopes of the study. \ 3-\ To show whether there are any differences in the average measurement of the students’ evaluation of the psychological attraction features of the lecturer according to sex and scientific level. \ To show whether there are evidential differences among the average responses of the sample based on sex and scientific level The sample consisted of (174) students, both males and females, of the academic year (2008-2009). It involves (33) statements or features after being applied on the sample in order to achieve truth and stability which reveals (96%) high The results showed high and medium degree of attraction where the evaluating average of the sample reached (93%) The statistics showed no difference concerning the students’ average evaluation that are shown in the argument tables. The study recorded positive results, most importantly, the degree of truth and stability for the four scopes of the study. (Table no 4-5). \ The achieved results indicated high and medium percentage but they do not meet the standard quality and academic level, according to the international quality measurement. The statistics results showed harmony between males’ and females’ responses in evaluating the psychological attraction features of the university lecturer’s personality. This can be attributed to some factors such as sex, specialization, and scientific level, according to the argument tables. From the point of evaluating the issue of personality, i.e., it is a final goal aims at knowing the human being which all the personality theories have in common. (Al- Shamma’a 1977, 83). \ Number of paragraphs have scored high average in the evaluation process which are distinguished by obtaining high average of the students’ answers, about (9) paragraphs of high average (4,30)and normative deviation reached to (1,998) and of low average (3,61) and normative deviation (l,681). \ The study includes the results, recommendations, suggestions, statistical lists and references ... etc, as well as (16) tables. |
